Lovin' them

Still spitting a couple stitches here and there but I'm loving them!

5 weeks

They're coming along great! I feel right is fully dropped but left, which has more cc's is still dropping. I'm spitting some stitches on that side too. I'm definitely happy with my progress.

Three weeks

I'm three weeks out today. Finally got up the nerve to take off my steri-strips today. I have one stitch sticking out at the top of my right areola. I emailed the PS office to see if I should pull it out. I've just noticed them starting to drop and fluff within the past two or three days. My skin is still shiny and red at the bottom of my breast though. I started massaging the beginning of this week so I'm going to continue on with that. My right is still looking smaller although I have the bigger implant on that side, but I also can feel that the implant is higher on this side so I'm sure it's just taking longer to do its thing. Still no nipple sensation on either side :( but I know it can take a while to come back, so fingers crossed! I wore a strapless dress yesterday without a bra for a couple hours. I think this is my first time since childhood being able to do that! I was so excited. My cousins also coming into town tmrw and it'll be the first time really dressing up the girls and going out since having my BL/BA!

Vivian was my surgery coordinator. She was very helpful and answered my multitude of questions! They are a very busy office, so you have to be a little patient at times with phone calls being returned. That is to expected though with the price and the quality of surgery you receive. Of course, they will be busy! I love my new boobs! I think literally for the first time in my life! Dr. Ortega and my nurse spent a lot of time interviewing me and talking with me before my surgery. I flew in the day of surgery and my flight was delayed, but they had no problem accommodating me and moving the surgery schedule around. I was so grateful for that! I was really stressed out, and they totally put me at ease. The only drawback at all was just my waking up experience, but I also can't complain too much about that since I flew in so late and my surgery had to be started so late in the day. I would've rather had it the way it was then having to reschedule. I was really medicated on my post-op and I don't remember much of what I was told. Since I flew out on a weekend, by the time I got home I realized I had all these questions and had a moment of panic, but they got back to me promptly on Monday. Overall, it was a really good experience. I'm already considering a mini TT, and I would definitely consider flying back there again for it.
