23 Year Old , Liposuction, Miami Fl Spectrum Aesthetics - Miami, FL

I went to spectrum aesthetics in Miami. My surgery date was January 17th, 2017. I was so excited that I was going to get lipo!!! Nothing could change my mind. My doctor was dr. Gurhani... let me tell you . WORST DECISION EVER. My Bestfriend and I went together, we were both getting surgery. Long story short, my Bestfriend didn't get surgery. They gave her a HARD TIME when it came to giving her money back, literally worst costumer service ever ! They lied to her multiple times, going back and forth about giving the money back, unprofessional, I can go on forever about that case... me on the other hand, I decided to still go in for my surgery. The day of surgery, I got marked up and went under anesthesia. Once surgery was over , gurhani informed me that I had a hernia... it came out of my belly button & he "pushed it back in" . Why did he push it back in instead of taking it out ? I don't know . But the day after surgery, I looked horrible . Bigger than what I was before surgery . My bottom stomach was hanging and I literally felt like i wanted to die. So next day I went back to get a lymphatic massage, they told me take off my garments and wait for the doctor . Literally they had me waiting naked for over 30 minutes, on a scale of 1-10 in regards to pain, it was a 15 and on top of that I was freezing. I had to beg someone for a blanket, and later started crying because I felt like I was being neglected. 45 minutes + later, gurhani finally came in & basically telling me that it's a possibility that I won't like my results. I was confused because he has had other patients that he posted on Instagram that was WAY bigger than me , and their results are phenomenal. I'm not that big so I was confused. He told me to give it a while, that I will start to see my results because of the swelling. I am now 1month and 2 weeks post op. I'm still swollen , but it went down . I still have a pudge in my stomach, I'm assuming that's from the hernia . Literally it's a cut off area from my upper abdomen, I'll post pictures. Lately I've been suffering from sharp pains in my back, stabbing pains , I'm assuming it's nerve pains. I tried calling the office to ask questions on what I should do in regards to this pain that I'm having, I left multiple messages , and no one has responded. I honestly feel like they just wanted the money . I'm almost certain if I was to go to another doctor, my results would've been 10times better than what it is now. I wouldn't recommend spectrum aesthetics. I didn't feel comfortable, their costumer service is bad, and I can't even reach them for post op advice .
