After losing weight this was the critical critical piece of the puzzle. I went in for a bbl and left with a lower body lift with flaps put back inside to give my buttocks volume. Dr Ortega gave me a small waist and a booty. I'm going to put my full journey up up with photos. Dr Ortega is a master sculptor, honest and caring. I am grateful for what he has done for me.

I have been reading about Dr Ortega for a mommy makeover but I'm starting to think that I will need a lower body lift once I lose the last 30-40 pounds. I'm at 90 pounds now. I would love to see your before and after pics. Hope your recovery goes well!

So what did your LBL consist of? Hips, thighs??? What exactly was lifted besides the butt? I was just about to schedule an arm lift and thigh lift in the Dominican until I just read your review today. Please help!!!
