I had wrinkles and a little bag on my left eye. I went to the doctor to removed the wrinkles and bag in the lower lid he mentioned there will be an asymmetry if I don't do the upper lid with the lower lid "it will be unbalance" So he did all upper and lower... Now I am very disappointed both eyes look different and I still have multiple wrinkles so I have no idea what he did but it doesn't look right.
One one looks drooping lower eye lid corner higher and I have a sink skin in one side...Can one of the doctors give me an idea how can it be fix also. Who is the best oculoplastic in Miami or a plastic surgeon who can correct it and bring back my eyes. I was very happy with the expression of my eyes I just didn't like the wrinkles.. I am not happy. Can somebody help please. My surgery was done October the 10th.
Thank you so much in advace

Still the same

today November 15 still remain the same a little less swollen but the eye shape has changed.
Dr W removed way too much fat from right away in a way that the sking is tight to the eye orbital no fat there and is hollow and it he sew the corner of the right eye much higher than the left eye.
He seriously should be retiring from performing eye surgery.
An eye surgeon should be the most accurate possible since you are dealing with delicate skin and precision is a MUST. Now the upper eye lid is another problem he left it like a lazy eye and the left is much more open.. go figure...
I am looking for someone who can fix it at a later day since now is too early

Can you post these new pictures? If it's still changing, I think you may just need to wait and see. I think you will continue to see changes. I wouldn't do anything just yet. Give the healing time. You're a beautiful woman, both before and after your surgery.

Thank You for the compliment, but you have no idea I paid $8k plus to get rid off few wrinkles I never imagine I would end up with a problem... This is unbelievable and I am beyond disappointed and upset. I trusted this doctor and paid that amount of money for something that in my own country wouldn't have reach even a $1k. I am not rich I put the bill in a credit card to pay for his services in a plan of 18 months because I thought he was the absolute BEST so I did the effort to pay for his fees. I have no words for how I feel. I don't understand how did he mess up so much...
I wonder if someone in this site went through the same and what are the possible solutions to this mess... When an eye is hollow smaller and higher up than the other. The eye that is bigger is also pulling down?? and the wrinkles got worse and I have a lot of extra skin.. Unbelievable for a supposed professional and well known doctor..
I am very upset about all of this..

I feel so bad this has happened to you and that you are feeling this way. There is an area in this web site that you can go to where doctors might be able to have an answer for you. It's at the top of the home page. Doctors will reach out and address your concerns. Have you gone back to this doctor to discuss these problems? I hope you find some answers so that this can be corrected for you and you can have some peace of mind.

Hi,i know what you're going through,i had upper eyelids done 4 weeks ago and my eyes look uneven too,but i was told that you have to wait 6months to a year to see the final result.so please be patient, dont put too much emotions on it, think positive, hopefully in a couple of months things will even out for you.

thanks Kimlen what it is very concerning is the way the eyes are finished the way he closed the corners... in one eye y smaller cut not finished like a cat ... I hope I am describing in good English but if you look at my pictures I am kind of oriental ... One eye now looks missing the tail of the eye ... he saw it sooner than the other one and I am missing my eye tail :(

Dr. Fagien is an eye specialist. He would be the person to consult with to get it fixed and could possibly replace some of the hollow that you referred to restoring your original eyelid position.

eye asymmetry

Didn't change a bit after a year still same asymmetry. Not worth at all $8,000. If you are out there thinking about doing blepharoplasty with Dr Wolf at Miami Plastic Surgery. Do not do it. This kind of surgery needs precision a keen eye for detail which he does not have. Aging is a factor as well. He can't see well. He can have the best intentions but he is not an eye doctor. He offered to fix it but a revision is a more complicated surgery than the first one and if he missed at the beginning he is capable of reviewing it. This is not his specialty.

Wow! I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. I had my upper eyelids done in September and there are a few things that need to be fixed up, but overall, I'm just so pleased not to have the baggy skin anymore. I hope you can get your eyelids corrected.

It is still waaaaay too early to be expecting results- it takes MONTHS before you are done healing. It takes most people at least 6 months- it took me 8 months. Be patient!
