Dr. Freiman is THE BEST

He is such a nice guy and a true PERFECTIONIST.
My mom told me for months she had “nightmares” about my surgery because of the price...
Miami just happens to be a surplus of plastic surgeons and the gentlemen at CG Cosmetic have taken advantage of that to their benefit.

Before I had my son I was a perfect, perky 34C.
While breast feeding I was a 34DD and afterwards.... I dont even know what I was but it was NOT pretty. I lost all my confidence and didnt feel sexy anymore.
I had heard of a couple of people I knew in high school go to Dr. Freiman so I trusted him because he did such a beautiful job on them.
During my consult I had planned on doing 425cc gummy bear under the muscle but after taking to Dr. Freiman he reccommend nothing less than 450cc since I had a minor gap(caused by breastfeeding?) and to close the gap he suggested a bigger implant to fill the space.
I wanted my post baby milkshake boobs and thats exactly what he gave me! I get so many compliments and I myself feel like theyre real and just engoarged like the old days.
Since theyre gummy bears they feel like the real thing the only time you can feel the implant is if you poke the bottom of the breast. The incision sight is BARLEY there and perfectly placed in the breast fold. Dr. Freiman has mastered this the way he does his stitches. I use biocornium and coconut oil and hopefully itll almost disappear.

Almost forgot my actual surgery and post op—-
I went in early in the morning for my final consult. You wait until youre called and go in the surgery room- lay on the table- put the blanket on you- count to 10 and the next thing you know you wake up with beautiful new gals. You actually walk back into the room and then you can go. The anesthesia made me kind of sick but I virtually had no pain. Once we got home(Tampa) my mom who also had a breast augmentation was SHOCKED at how fastly I was recovering. I discarded the pain pills after the third day. I googled and for whatever reason highly cohesive implants heal quicker than saline. My thought is Probably because theyres not a constant irritation to your muscle like a saline water ballon would be.
I provided literally every detail of my experience because I found I didnt find extensive experience info when I was researching...
You wont be disappointed if you choose CG Cosmetic.
I will be back Dr.Freiman and I want 500ccs next!
