Yes I got the cards. They are Mentor ultra high profile 590cc. Those are silicone and mine were placed over the muscle.

Pardon if I am asking too many questions, but how did you decide which implant was the one you wanted? Or he suggested the kind? I want to do lift with Implants but I want to keep my current size, C cup so it's a lot to research! Thanks!! You are a doll!!

You're not asking too many questions, this is an important decision. The doctor asked me what my goal was- why I was having the surgery. By describing to him that I'm 51, not looking to have 25 year old breasts, but not wanting a lift either we came up with what I got. He also takes several different measurements. There are different implants for different body types. I went with ultra high profile because the base of them is smaller, and I'm petite. So they fit better. We had decided on 535cc but on the day of the surgery Dr. Ghurani noticed that I had lost more weight. Which I thought was great because it had been over a month since my consult. He talked to me about 590cc because my existing breasts were so small. He offered this: take spacers into the operating room for each size and I would trust him to decide. I'm glad he went larger

The doctor and nurses are wonderful. However, the staff is lacking. They aren't coordinated and is up to the patient to stay on top of things. But I couldn't be happier with the Doctor, his nurse Christy, and the anesthesiologist. The results are really good too. I didn't need to have a lift, which was important to me.

I just saw another question of yours. I did have a consult. He spent a lot of time with me and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend him.

I completely agree with you. Christy is amazing and so is Dr. Ghurani. I am also going over the muscle, which frightened me at first. But I can see they look AMAZING! That staff there is NOT organized at all, I've been calling for a couple days now to make a payment and I am yet to get a call back from anyone..

Thanks so much! I would tell anyone using Spectrum to get the pre-op instructions as soon as you decide. There are things you need to do/not do one month before surgery and I didn't get that info until the week before. Fortunately I was ok but I could have been forced to postpone surgery. But I love Dr, Ghurani's work!
