Office Review - Customer Service

CG cosmetics will have bad and good reviews but overall speaking to Roxanne and Karla for 2 weeks straight was very professional and helpful with questions I've asked. They were really patient and beyond on what I wasn't expecting. People need to understand that this is not a private clinic. Also, with the incident about Dr Freiman! It isn't his fault, he did follow the protocols and did his job correctly.. This is why surgeons ask you serious questions about your health in order to proceed with the procedure. So he is not to blame.. But anyways, customer service was helpful!!! :) hope to meet Roxanne and Karla soon !!
