I inherited my dad's turkey neck. In fact, every single person in his family has it, so I was doomed. I've never had a defined chin, not even as a child, so I lived with it. I didn't want to trust anyone else. Plastic surgery is a luxury. It also needs to be taken very seriously. Getting a procedure done at a safe facility with an experienced surgeon who knows what he's doing aesthetically (and medically) comes with a price tag. Dr. Salzhauer was worth every single penny (his prices are very fair) and I would do it all over again. Whenever I had a question, I would email his staff and had a response within an hour, either via email or a phone call from the staff or directly from the doctor. I don't know how he makes time for everything in his day, but the doctor really gives you the one-on-one attention you need to feel secure in your decision. I followed every single one of his instructions for pre- and post-op: my recovery went better than what I ever dreamed of. He takes safety seriously and expects his client to do the same. The doctor and his staff genuinely care about the well-being of patients and they prove that to you. The anesthesiologist is also excellent and will take his time to review your charts, talk to you, and make you feel safe and ready for your procedure. I've recommended them to friends, and I look forward to being his patient again in the future. I love the results of my chin lipo and rhinoplasty and would do it all over in a heartbeat - but only with Dr. Salzhauer!
