Have anybody some advice about getting 800 cc silicone ba?

Depends a lot on your current size, shape, and personal preference. If you are on the smaller side you will have to get multiple surgeries in order to get to that volume. Also, if you are wondering how it would look you can use rice bags in a sports bra to see how much of an increase in size and weight it would be. Mine are 525's and a half pound a piece. Went from a 28A to a 32F. One thing my doctor made sure to note is the bigger the implant the higher the risk for permanent stretch marks and to never go above the muscle with bigger implants because the lack of support, ageing, and gravity will make them sag over time. There is also the risk that you will not be able to effectively breast feeding later if you choose to and just pregnancy alone with no nursing will change the look, feel, and positioning of the breast itself. (Which is why they tell you to wait until you're done having kids) Overall, I've had a very happy outcome with high profile round silicone implants and will probably do it again, your best bet is to go to a consultation to see how it will most likely work in your particular situation. If you don't mind, I have a couple of questions. 1- Can you post a picture of you before the Bbl&Implant? 2- How many CC's of fat did he transfer into each buttock? 3- Did you get a specific lift like the thong, butterfly or C? Lastly, Did you get the implant and BBL, done at the same time?

I had ba #4 (over a period of 25 yrs) about 2 yrs ago with Dr Revis in Lauderdale. I was originally (at 18) a 32A, got 270cc, which brought me to a 32C. Had kids, then at age 30 got 350cc. Wanted larger, so at 30, got 550cc cohesive gels - this time above the muscle because I was starting to get the "double bubble" on one side (I have always had silicone). Big mistake. Too heavy and had rippling a couple years later... (I am 5'2" and go from 105-112 lbs - I am lean but still have fairly curvy figure). 2 years ago I saw Dr Revis - really thought I was going to need either the "internal bra", or some sort of other lift to get me back to where I needed to be - but he was able to give me the 800cc cohesive gels, back under the muscle, without any other additional procedures. They are still perfect. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with his work. He's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
