Hi my name is Kylie I'm a 26 year old transgender female from Los Angeles
California. I contacted spectrum after doing research online and also seeing a few reviews on the RealSelf app. 2 days after contacting them with my photos I got an email from Lizbeth the surgical coordinator. She said I needed to answer a few health related questions. I sent them in and the next day she approved me for breast augmentation. Yayyyy!!!

Minor setback

Today is the day I was supposed to make my $500 deposit for my surgery date but due to all the hectic storm warnings in Florida they had to close the facilities. I got really worried thinking I would miss out on what I planned. I called the facility and someone answered me, they explained that they would extend deadlines for deposits for surgery date..yayy!!

I made my deposit!

So I was contacted today by my surgical coordinator. And made my deposit of $500 dollars. I really can't believe I'm actually getting closer to having the breasts I've always wanted.
