I Love You Hasan!

Got married and had a baby who is now one. Love her loads! all i can say is the gym is my best friend. I try to eat clean and work out. Nothing excessive the most would be 2x's a week. As a girl who started at 240 llbs i can say it hasn't been easy but if you make the change and dedicate yourself you will make progress and maintain. We often take care of so many people but never stop loving yoursinelf. You can't love others without first loving yourself.

Welll I must say this surgery was one of the best decisions of my life. My confidence is through the roof. Know this: there will be haters and there will be admirers but stay true to WHO YOU ARE. Yes turning heads is fun but that's it...it's a novice...it's the inside that counts. Know your worth... In my world... Just finished the BA..thank God...In a new field and loving it (mind you it's not the field I went to school for) but I guess that's life. As far as the sx goes I'm healing quite nicely. Still a little swollen on sides but the curves are here baby. Will start working out again next week. Been wearing my faja daily except at night...I just can't sleep like that. Still sitting on rollers in the car. It feels funny.to.me.to sit normal...guess I got used to it. Lol I just ditched my raised toilet seat. Been slipping with the scar treatment but going to head to CVS soon. Tips: find the best recovery home you can...dont be cheap in area. And bring.someone you trust because.You.Will be out of it. Also get got prior to sx..You ain't regret it...promise. I really missed you guys!!! Xoxo until next time vixens

Swelling going down... it feels funny when clothing touches my skin...I'm still on stage one garment with foams...foams really helps...or maybe I'm just getting really used to it. I HAVE NOT BEEN SITTING...however I sleep without my garment...I have digestion issues and I feel it impedes I'm regularity...I don't know If this is true...what do you guys think? I have mad fluid though and it is very irritating...I I've been massaging myself...my belly and back is still very much swollen but I love my results...I can't say that enough...my shape is to the Gods!!! I can't wait for summer...lawd knows...I also started my scar therapy yesterday....im using Scarguard. Today I went to my pcp who was very pleased with my recovery...so the inside of me is healthy and infection free...QUESTION when does the fluid issues end?! Its so irky and makes recovery so much harder...do you think I having fluid errors because I need to start using my stage 2 garment? I'm going to invest in a squeem...I have a large which is still not fitting :( Well until next vixens xoxo....
