I am 5"5 164 start off weight. I went to vanity today paid in full. I saw Dr. Macadoo and Dr.Hasan. They had different opinions on sculpturing my body. I liked Hasan ideas but Mcadoo was more informative on post op procedures. I can't wait for March 16 which is around the corner. I need to make a list for my supplies. Wish me luck ladies. By the way I have a small hernia but Hasan said he could work around it. I believe he's a good Doctor despite what others have to say.

My hcg is a 9.8. I don't know how my hcg was a 11.8 and now it's a 9.8. My pcp called me on Monday 2/16/15 to let me know it's a 9.8. Since Sunday the 2/15/15 I started taking Pur absorb on a empty stomach, 325mg ferrous sulfate 3xtimes a day, b12 500 mg and 1000mg vitamin C. I also make a juice of beets, carrots, spinach, watercress, carnation milk. I have 1 month to go. I will keep you posted ladies

Uh oh. Keep the faith love. You'll get there. Be careful with too much iron though it causes constipation.

Your hemo is 9.8....glad u have a heads up on this. I hear that Floradix, Geritol, and SSS Tonic (all sold in Walmart) work pretty fast to increase your iron. Chicken liver helps too. Did you have your period recently? Perhaps thats why your hemo went down? I believe you have time to raise your level by March 16. Good luck!

I take my iron at 3am and go back to sleep, so my stomach is empty for sure.

Everyday I feel so nervous. I think I consumed too much vitamins. Since I started drinking Vitamin C with my iron I had diarrhea nonstop. I feel uncomfortable with my stomach. I consume at least 3,000mg vitamin C a day. Now I only take my ferrous sulfate 325 3 x a day and Pur absorb once a day. Please give me your feedback. Idk if my iron increase I'm so nervous.

According to this article, too much vitamin c can cause diarrhea. Take stool softeners daily with iron. Are you going to test again before going to Miami?

I haven't test at vanity yet. I have been putting them on hold to build up my iron. The week I had suppose to get tested my primary doctor called me to inform me I was a 9.8
