My Great Experience with Dr. Alvarez

My name is Kimberly I had my BBl procedure with Dr Alvarez on 08/14/2018. He was very funny and personable. He asked me what I wanted and my response to Dr Alvarez that you are the expert give me whats best for me. I always feel that we demand these doctors for certain looks and when they can or cannot deliver we blame the surgeon for poor results. He gave me projection but I already had a butt and I also did not have a lot of fat. I am three weeks today post op and I followed my post op instructions. Saturday was the first day I attempted to drive with my bbl pillow and I drove for ten minutes. Today 09/04/18 Is the first day I attempted to sit won using the bbl pillow. Feels weird. I sat with the pillow for 15 minutes at work. I will do it in intervals. Also diet i am on high fat (healthy fat diet) fatty fish, grilled chicken and going modest with read meat. I am using organic protein powder twice a day with a banana. I eat almonds as a snack as well as apples and almond butter. I try to drink at least 5 bottles of water a day. It is not hard because I have always maintained a healthy diet. I Have never been a junk eater. I am looking forward to seeing what I look like January. I am trusting the process. Also his staff are all nice and all of the girls are a good face for mia aesthetics. They had beautiful butts. Had my surgery at the new site and I wish I could remember his name it was not Chris but he was very comforting and laid back. Also Dr. Alvarez staff all had great bodies. Which is a good look for Mia Aestetics. I can not leave out Stephanie Rojas from the laboratory department. She was very speedy with responding to my calls. She made me feel as if I was the only client Mia had. I got the opportunity to personally meet her. Also guys I have to say this. Stop listening to some of these patients when it comes to not liking their results. Dr. Alvarez is a great Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Also understand that cosmetic surgery is elective and like any surgery your body can reject it. More important is your post op care. Most patients neglect to mention that they started smoking,drinking and other things that should have been avoided. So do not be so quick to jump on the band wagon. If you go in optimistic you will have great results. If you go in looking for Beyonce results more than likely you will be dissatisfied especially if you never had a Beyonce Body. If i ever considered cosmetic surgery again I would return to Dr. Alvarez. But prayerfully this is it. Oh by the way I have a high pain tolerance so I took no pain pills. I took tylenol extra strength for about a week only because I did not want to send my body in to shock. I stayed at Laly's Dollhouse and it was a great experience. The food was great. She kept calling me superman from as soon as I arrived i was up walking around. I had no nausea from the anesthesia. It actually scared me. But my pre op played a major factor. I had four lymphatic massages two weeks before surgery and a colonic. I also drunk a gallon of water a day for two weeks. I did work out a month in advance as well. I am still doing my massges. I had a total of 16 so far. Had six in Miami and 10 since I been home. Thanks Dr. Alvarez and his staff.
