Request for refund
I had some unforeseen circumstances concerning family illness come about and I requested a refund on 2/4/19 for my 3250 that I put down months ago. I was charged a $400 cancellation fee.
I am still waiting and I called today around 10:30 AM to check on the status of my refund (I had to update my new address with bank) and was told the refund department was closed and they would notify me when it is processed.
I can’t say I have felt the most secure working with Jolie but I am praying that they send my refund before the end of the month as I have to move due to these unforeseen circumstances. I did make Magaly (manager in the refund department) aware of my immediate circumstances but I didn’t feel like she felt anything for my dad almost dying as all she did was restate the policy “ it can take up to 21 days to process your refund..” blah blah blah.
I wish I would have taken more time to research this company because there vibe around money is as most people report.
The rep high balled me on my surgery quote.. the original deal was 5800 (including garment, cell saver, forms/boards/socks and 2-3 massages), she told me if I make cash payment deposit she would lower it to 5000. So I immediately agreed, I told her I had 3000 and she agreed..and after I made a 3000 deposit she tells me nothing (cell saver, forms/boards/socks, garment and massages) ARE NOT included in the 5000 price because she lowered it to 5000! So she really DID NOT give me a deal. I got the original special but she told me she lowered it so that I would make a deposit.
I swear my vibe changed because I just put down 3000 thinking I was getting a deal doing so. The rep felt that and immediately told me that I’ll be working with another rep. Please be careful with these people. They will try to get as much as they can out of you as soon as possible.
I now have anxiety regarding whether I’m going to get my money back by the time I have to move. I pray that I get my deposit back in a decent time because I am really in need of it now.

this sounds ridiculous. ive read about other horrible stories other dolls have had with Jolie. I hope everything turns out well with your refund, and your family.

Thank you. I did sign a document for refund so I do believe I am going to receive it. I don’t understand why it can take up to 21 day and then said it can take 7-10 business days for our banks to release the funds. The first girl I spoke with said the manger can speed up the process but when I spoke to the manager she was a little cold and stuck to policy. So I know she can speed up the process but she is choosing not to for whatever reason. Uhhh I’m so annoyed so I emailed the refund department today, hoping that I’ll get a response saying they will speed it up for me.

Reality setting in..
I’m really excited about finally getting this procedure after so long of wanting/dreaming about it.. yet my training has been slacking due to stress.Diet/exercise and supplement intake begins after a 3-5 day fast to shrink my stomach and change my eating habits! New year, new me, new body. Any tips for surgery , let me know!!

Research Anemia. Its common after Liposuction procedures. Its what makes some women recovery so hard and the reason some women need blood transfusions. Just bring iron vitamin C and b12 with you. It'll make your recovery faster.
