Highly disappointed in my results - no hips and no BBL

Dr. Blinski as one of few Doctor's accepted my body weight at 208, ht 5'5 which many Doctor's do not. I will keep this really honest and truthful for all of those who are considering him for BBL surgery. When I went to pre-op he asked me what it is that I wanted amd as I began to explain and show him my wish pictures, he immediately cut me off and said "hunny I don't need these pictures because to be quite honest with you, your are going to need multiple surgeries like a tummy tuck, thigh lift, and things of that nature". I informed him that I was quite aware of the other surgeries, but as I was instructed by his office assistant was to get the bbl 1st than the other surgeries later bc they would need the fat from my tummy. Which made great sense. Make a long story short after my surgery and my first post-op I was highly disappointed in my results. I had no hips and no Bbl all I had was a smaller stomach, and inner thighs. When I told Dr. Blinski that nothing had been done he pulled out 2 bogus pictures 1 dated days before my surgery and the other a dated after my stating that "your body ate up the fat that was placed in your bottom". So what happened to my hips was the next question I asked him and he stated "because your butt consumed the fat, there wasn't enough to place in your hips" I was so pissed off this Dr. Blinski, not only sis I waist over 6000.00USD, but this man clearly did expensive lipo work and had a nonchalant attitude about it. I would never ever recommend him to anyone. I had to pay more money to do a 2nd round with an entirely different Doctor that gave me my exact dream body/results. My sister went to him as well and got worst results than I did her bottom 1 cheek has projection and the other looks inflated. All and all my experience was the worst and I wish I would have went to my 2nd Doctor rather than blow over 6000 for nothing. In my book he needs to retire, bc his work is horrible.
