Before‘s and Afters are a great way to track your progress. Try and use the same outfits and the same photo location so you can really see your results. I asked the queen to give me a booty that is proportionate to the rest of my body and she delivered! I am still very swollen and in a lot of discomfort but being able to see the potential in the results already absolutely amazes me and gives me motivation to power through this!

Recovery is no joke! The stiffness and soreness just won’t go away. Make sure you stay on top of your massages and get as many as you possibly can. Even the road has been a difficult one. I received three massages at NuLife and they were OK. I went over the weekend to a different massage place. It was my fault for not having had enough food in my system , But I passed out two times while I was being drained. I am now home and the recovery is going much better. Even though sleeping on my back is not allowed, I am managing to sleep on my stomach somehow. I’ve yet to sleep through the night and I get up frequently to go to the bathroom which is a good thing. Remember to push your fluids ladies! I am fortunate that I found Sapphire therapy massage right around the corner from me. I purchased a package from them and I am very happy with their service. I will post my first postop picture. I have named her Kiki! LOL I told Dr. Dowbak that I did not want a Nikki. I told her I just want a small booty that’s proportionate to my body and she delivered!

So excited to finally get my turn. I dropped 21 lbs since July in preparation. Staying at Glam House. Review will follow after my stay. Met a few new surgery sisters here. We all help each other. The staff speak mostly Spanish and very little English. Prayers are greatly appreciated.
