Interested in have a bbl done by Dr Sergio Alvarez, but my BMI is to high. I was told by Ana from Spectrum Anesthics to loose about 20-30 lbs. I'm 28 yrs old, 5"7' tall and I weigh 230 lbs. I want to have my surgery done before summer of 2017. Need help with a diet !!!!! Would like to just start eating healthier and moderate exercise

You might want to try Dash diet. I been on many diets in my life but this diet is one that takes your cravings away completely. You just need to follow the portions. I am using this diet to drop my cholesterol levels and to make sure my BMI is good for next year BBL surgery. Seriously try it you will not regret it on the other hand you will enjoy your meals. You are welcome. Well not sure right now but my dates are mid February to early March 2017. I am caught between Dr. Alvarez and Dr.Celillo. I noticed that you will be going to Dr.Alvarez? Do you have a surgery date schedule? Don't mind me asking you but how much will you be paying all included..

Low carb it. If you go on Atkins Phase 1, you will lose anywhere between 10-20lbs in the first 2 weeks and then stay on a keto diet. I am scheduled with Dr. Alvarez on March 22nd and on the same trail as you.

it's just a very low-carb diet - basically you are trying to get your body into into a state of ketosis. Google around, it's very fascinating.

All of the diet ideas by our sx sisters are great. But with so much time just changing your eating habits and exercise should get there. You need to lose at least 15 to be under the 35 bmi. Although he isn't at spectrum any longer he is pretty firm on that. Losing 5 pounds a month will get you there by March. I'm just saying that'd like cutting out soda and juice and walking an extra mile a day. A free web site to help is chosemyplate.gov. Go to Mia_Aesthetics on IG his new clinic is running specials. Also if you have diabetes you will need a chest x ray, EKG, and clearance from the Dr who manages your diabetes. Good luck!!!

Due to me having to loose weight for my surgery I didn't pay my deposit. I'm so glad that I didn't because Dr. Alvarez is no longer ar Spectrum, he's now at Mia Asethics which is running a special for the month of January for the BBL Procedure $3500.00. I'm trying to pay my desposit to lock in the special price, but my card is giving problems. My coordinator is very hard to get in contact with. DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF THEY OFFER ANOTER FORM OF PAYMENT?????????
