Visualise a beautiful you first and foremost, I'm getting my BBL done in Sept so a month and bit to go. I've read and researched a lot of beauties and their journeys. The points that stood out were make sure you are taking your iron tablets, pee pee cup is important. Make sure you have your pain killers. Wear your faja and the epifoam as the doctor has instructed and make sure you don't sit on your bum bum, boppy pillow is your best friend and massages are paramount. In preparation for my operation, I've upped my iron intake by drinking liquid iron and taking multi vitamins, I've started drinking kombucha for health benefits. Bikram yoga for muscle tightening and flexibility, from what I have read you are stiff and can't move. I am also practicing sitting on the boppy pillow. Meditation so that depression doesn't kick in after the operation as it has for many women in majority of the reviews I have read. Prepare for change and my flight is 23 hours so after my operation I'm hoping not to lose my BBL on the way home. I'm going to follow your journey :)

One Month Mark
About to take all my labs I have been reading up on all the comments
made about vanity but I not once Hurd anything bad about my doctor
Well I'm not scared yet but more looking forward to being a better me
I'm talking iron and one a day women's vitamins I'm would advise women
to give yourself a year to pay for things and dnt rush it like me I will
make sure Im drinking a lot of water and I dnt plan on having sex I
have to see my doctor for clearance and I have toget a ekg because i had
heart memor in the past peace and blessings I hope all goes well
because I'm pushing all my August bills back to the mid to end of the
month
