I just submitted a request for a consultation with Dr. Miami. We will how long it takes them to contact me back and schedule a procedure.. I researched several doctors and believe this one is right for me given the results. I am traveling from Texas to florida to see him, so need to incorporate that

Hey love. I would suggest contacting them by calling. I did the same thing and didn't get a response but that was about a year ago. But I promise you'll likely get an answer quicker via phone. I would suggest putting down the deposit to save your spot and make sure your coordinator knows you want to be on the wait list. I'm coming from Texas also and my surgery is in 49 days!

I scheduled in March. They were booked until December and I could have already had it but I had to push it to February for work. 45 days!

Nope they never answered my request for a consult either. I emailed pics and called office and got a response back. I just don't know how long I wanna wait for bbl. But he's an awesome dr! I watch his snapchat everyday ;)

I emailed twice and finally called. he is booked until June 2017 and his price has gone up to $7900. After my research I would have loved to use Salzhauer but I am looking to surgery this year. I never found anyone in Miami that I liked as much so I think I will be going to my local PS for a BBL. he is a little higher but his work is great. Book Salzhauer before his prices go higher! He definitely worth it.

Hey thanks for the info! Yes, he like Salzhauer, but that wait is too long for me lol. I'm looking into either Dr. del Vecchio or Dr. Wendell Perry. Who did you choose if you don't mind me asking?

I booked Dr Zinnser in Virginia. He doesn't have a lot of reviews on here but I saw a book at his office and he does all the Washington Redskins cheerleaders. His work looked very good and I used him on a TT years back. I liked Perry and Fisher but Salzhauer was really my first choice in Miami. My friend had a TT in Ortegas last month and he does fantastic BBL for a good price but his staff was terrible. I don't like the "chop shops" like Vanity that overbook and don't give personal service. I'm just really picky lol.

I would be sure to ask him about his technique. Some doctors discard lots of fat that could be injected because it wasn't "of a good quality". I'd hate for you to have the procedure and have it look like he barely did anything. (There are several reviews like that). Make sure to ask as many questions as your heart desires!!

I've looked into Dr Miami and Dr Fisher at Vanity. I don't want to wait until next year for Dr Miami. I saw you're going to a place in VA, I live in MD. How much did they quote you in VA?

Zinsser office quoted $8000 but I have used him before and I negotiated. I usually can get him throw in something "extra" too. I'm gonna see maybe some fat transfer to the face maybe or at least some juvrederm

When you do the consultation with the dr then they send you to his office manager for a quote. They quote you $8000 then you start by saying "what's his best price?" They will usually come down some (like to $7000) then I ask can they do any better if I pay cash? Usually another 10% off. Then I push them by saying I'll write a check now if they come down 15%. You can do this with all doctors. I usually get between 20-30% off the original quoted price.

Preop Appt with Dr. Del Vecchio

I went in for my preop appt with Dr. Del Vecchio. It went great... He was running 45 minutes late, which is fine. I brought in a book to read :). I didn't mind that he was running late because as soon as we met, he took time to explain the procedure to me and what he was going to do. I feel confident in his skills.

Also, I asked him about the epifoam and he decided to order that product on Amazon right while I was in the room. I offered to pay for it, and he said that was unnecessary because he did not want to nickle and dime his patients and wanted to make sure that patients healed appropriately. He even expedited shipping so that he could give me some epifoam for my postop appointment! That was so nice of him!
