Botched Breast Augmentation and No Customer Service

I traveled to Miami in December 2016 to get my breast augmentation done with CG Cosmetic. It was an awful experience from start to finish.
When I arrived, I had to wait forever to speak to my coordinator, Catherine Ruiz. While waiting, I spoke with several girls in the waiting room who had all been quoted $500 less than me to get a silicone breast augmentation. I found this strange and asked Catherine about it and she immediately grew defensive. It appeared as if she was trying to take advantage of me because I was out of state. I ended up agreeing with her on the price because I'd flown into town and couldn't schedule with another practice so soon.
I was then rushed to sign papers and pay the rest of my payment. I didn't receive my prescriptions or a consultation that day.
I received my prescriptions the morning of, with no instructions on what I should expect after surgery. I should have received these prescriptions the day before to help with the nausea after surgery but I didn't even know this until after! Due to this error, I was so nauseous for the next two days that I couldn't get anything down but some juice.
My "consultation" was done minutes before my surgery. Dr. Freiman asked me to show him a picture of an example of what I wanted my breasts to look like. He did not show me how they were being placed or tell me what size I was getting. I was being herded through with no time or attention placed on me as an individual. He wanted to get through as many girls as possible to make as much money as he could squeeze into one day.
Fast forward two months and my breasts become increasingly deformed as they begin to fall. I emailed Dr. Freiman about my issue, sending pictures for him to reference. He assured me that it's normal and they just needed to be massaged and allowed to settle more. He advised me to wait a year for them to settle correctly. The problem still persists as I continue to wait out the year and I email him at least 5 times. I made it clear that I live out of state and I asked if there was any local surgeon he'd recommend me see to help figure out the issue. He ignores this question several times, telling me to come in to the office and see him. He said it was nothing serious and he can fix it if I just swing by.
My breasts now looked completely deformed, only worsening with time. This affected my relationship and took hits on my confidence, I didn't feel comfortable without a bra concealing my issue.
I finally consulted with a local doctor who I researched extensively. I wanted to make sure I could get them fixed having already wasted a year of my life not being happy or confident in myself. He ended up operating on me and fixing what Dr. Freiman botched, restoring my confidence. I again had to recover for a whole month.
I contacted CG Cosmetic and Dr. Freiman asking for a refund due to the [RS bleep] poor job they did. I received NO reply from CG Cosmetic and Dr. Freiman was no help at all. They wasted my money, ~$4000 at least including surgery, prescriptions, and my flight and my time, 1 month of recovery time plus the year where I waited around because Dr. Freiman told me it would fix itself.
Do NOT trust this practice. They just want to turn and burn as many girls as they can while paying no attention to each individual case. I had to deal with misshaped breasts and a scar that didn't heal fully due to this practice.
