Hi bbl beauties. I would like to share a few...
Hi bbl beauties. I would like to share a few things on my experience. I flew to Miami to have my bbl with Dr Pazmino on 3/14 which was an experience in its own. First we missed our flight. Ended up finally making it to Miami at 5:30pm when my pre op was at 3. Dr and all the ladies waited for us and stayed very late to give me a complete pre op which was awesome. pre op went well and which was a relief. Payment was made at pre op which I was quoted 8100.00 but was not told until we got there that if I used my care credit card I would have to pay a service charge to the surgery center of an extra 300.00. HOLY CRAP..ok.
We then headed to the hotel to check in. This was pretty upsetting to say the least. We stayed at extended stay America and was not told we would be charged daily for parking in their lot for the week which cost us an extra $100. Pretty annoying to say the least. The next morning was surgery day. SUPER excited, I slept very little. We arrived at the surgery center at 6AM for surgery at 8. I was called back for registration at which I was told and had to sign a paper saying my surgery was scheduled from 8-1pm and for every half an hour the surgery goes over I will be charged $100!! WHAT??? Well what I am going to do now, I already paid for everything..no turning back now.
Dr Pazmino came in to see me and color all over me for surgery around 7:45 and again was very pleasent. At around 8:15 I was taken back to OR. When they wheeled me into OR I was a bit taken back as it looked like a closet that didnt look so sterile to me, but next thing I knew I was OUT. At 2pm my husband was getting worried as he had no word on what was going on. He asked the nurse at the front desk on where I was as my surgery was scheduled until 1pm. She called back and asked and was very rudely told I was still in surgery. At 2:30pm I was finished and taken to post op which around 3:30 my husband was allowed to come back and see me.
He was upset as Dr Pazmino did not come and give any kind of report of how I was nor any info on the surgery itself. This is very different from Michigan procedure as the surgeon will come speak to the family and give a small report. Around 4pm I was dressed by my nurses and walked out to the car. The nurse and my husband stuffed me into the back of our little Toyota Yaris rental car. Note to self, not a good car for you to lay in the back seat. LOL. I was pretty out of it and dont have much memory of that night.
The next morning I woke up around 7am with the worse backache ever. I am not a belly sleeper so this has been hell. I made my way to the bathroom and attempted to use the bathroom with the garment on which is a learned art by the way. :) I looked in the mirror and about had a heart attack. My entire face was so swollen I could hardly open my eyes. What the hell?!? So I gathered myself up and got ready for my post op appt. I seen Annaiza who by the way is AWESOME! Quite honestly she makes that office in my opinion. She tle me everything looked great and taught my husband how to care for my 4 drains. 2 were JP (closed) drains in my groin and 2 open, 1 of which was in my belly button and the other near my coccyx. And then we were off.
Many things happend that I did not expect, one of which the swelling. For a week+ every morning I swelled up like a balloon. It was slowly go down in my facial area but then moved to my legs which SUCKED! Pain was def there but not horrible. Moving was more of an issue than anything. We explored Miami which was crazy because you cant park anywhere without paying and toll roads freaking everywhere. We are still waiting for the tickets in the mail from the street cams. UGH! We went to zoo Miami which sounded like a good plan with lots of walking but I would not do that again if I had it to do over. It was way to much way to soon.
The next day we hit the malls near the dub step concerts which was pretty cool not to mention my husband loved all the nearly naked chics walking around the streets. I took many of butt pics of them for him. lol. So then it was the day to leave. Went and seen Annaiza agian, which she pulled my belly drain an dremoved all my sutures which there were 7 areas about 1/4 inch long. I am an RN so she allowed me to go home with the rest of the drains. I had to purchase another garment which was another $100 which I didnt expect. So you have to be sure to budget this extra expense not to mention I now need yet another one as my small is now not tight enough.
Be careful with purchasing one outside your surgeon because if you get the wrong one it will mess your results up. Annaiza told us one of their pts bought one at a mall to save $15 and a few weeks following surgery she was wondering why she was loosing her butt. She bought the wrong type that compressed her butt and she had to have a revision r/t this. Dr Pazmino came in to do his last check and yet he was pleasant my husband was pretty upset as he didnt even acknowledge him even tho he was asking questions, Dr never even looked his way so that was pretty rude. We finishe the appt and headed out to catch out flight. This was pure hell I tell you!
Our flight was 4 hours and we had terrible turbulance the whole way so the fasten belt was on the entire time. I finally got up after an hr and asked if I could stand or walk. The first flight attendant said no but then John the lead attendant was ever so kind and allowed me to stand in the front with him. Thank God for John!!! Once home everything was falling back into normal life. I returned to work 9 days post op with drains still intact. On day 11 Annaiza said I could pull the 2 front drains which was wonderful. Showers were dtill an issue as I had such little energy that even something so simple wore me out and many times I almost blacked out. On day 14 I was allowed to pull my back drain..yea..road to recovery! So now I am at 3 weeks post op and feelin pretty good. Still hate sleeping on my stomach but I can put my own socks on now! So many little things you take for granted until you struggle doing them! I look back on it all now and if I had to do it all over, I would! I am happy with my results so far.
I now have a nice waist and a full booty. My measurements started out with 39, 34, 36..yes oddly shaped and very square. now my measurements are 39, 27, 42. YEA!! One last thing ladies..you have to have 10 lymphatic drainage messages which are not cheap so be sure to budget for that also! All in all I am pleased with everything and feel Dr Pazmino gave me exactly what I wanted which was a shelf booty. Be aware they really want to push you to the "natural" look but I was firm of what I wanted and he gave me what I asked for!! I hope this info helped. I could go on and say much more but for now we will call this good! Good luck to all you future BBL beauties and god bless. PS. Ill try to add pics later, my computer is being difficult!
