Weight loss before surgery
I must confess after my first bbl I didn't work out the way I did prior as a result I have gained 13lbs back. I'm 183 today and my goal is to lose 8 lbs before surgery.

Miami Escapes Recovery House
My last bbl I stayed at Moni's recovery house but she is no longer open. It was great and vital to a successful, stress free recovery. I don't skimp on my health. This time around I'm staying at Miami Escapes. It's is beautiful inside, the owner Dani is cool, all meals, transportation and supplies including along with 24 hour care. I think it's about $175 per night and I'm staying 6 nights. This is cheaper than a hotel especially with 3 meals a day and snacks plus transportation.
