Your teeth look beautiful! I had to have all of my teeth crowned approx 20 yrs ago due to teeth being weak, easily decay & cracking easily. I've had maintenance over the years & had to have some redone. Dr says gums and jaw are strong & healthy. I've paid out of pocket a little over $50k and cringe at the thought of another $10k to replace some that are cracked or have broken off. I'm looking into some sort of denture vs continued lifetime maintenance. I remember having to learn to talk again when I had the reconstruction done. Have you experienced a big change in trying to talk? Also, did you have all the extractions done in Mexico, too or did you already have that done? Are yours porcelain and do they feel sturdy? Sorry for all the questions...It's just a huge investment.
Hi! I had 12 teeth extracted at the bottom. All my upper teeth was gone since I was young. I'm still working on my talking but it's not that hard, just have problem pronouncing (s and chis) kind of word. I have titanium porcelain fixed bar at the upper and it's does feel sturdy. I'm still in process of osseointegration in my all on 4. Hoping my body will accept the implant for good , it's only been 5 weeks. Usually take 3 months. Well good luck to you. Feel free to ask me anything.

Did someone go with you and would you go back ?
I have my husband with me, but if you decide to go alone they surely help you and there's a hotel right inside the mall where's their clinic located! Fiesta inn las Americas hotel and its pretty neat. I'm was booked on the November 20, this coming Sunday for relining. It's not that bad as many people think having implant in Cancun mexico. So good luck and feel free to ask anytime
Looks like you had your bottom teeth done they match perfectly
Can you please tell me what it cost you, so that I can compare it to US prices? I am in process for the bottom, but the top is going to be even more expensive......
Hello. Are you still happy with your implants?

I researched this procedure for a year. I read everything I could find in the internet, realself. I saw him in a wellness hour and he impressed me with that interview . I fly to cancun to get the All on 4 (upper arch only)by noble biocare (Dr. Malo protocol). I had Dr. German Arzate do my surgery on the same day I arrived in cancun. He did all he said he would with no hidden fees and did some extra work with no extra charge. The entire staff was friendly and very accommodating, their office is more cleaner than any dental office Ive been in the U.S. I had 8 dentist with different specialty looking after me to make my smile perfect. Highly recommended to visit them for dental implant work and surely worth the trip to Cancun the prices was much cheaper than US.

Congratulations on getting the results you were looking for. It sounds like you're very happy with your outcome. Enjoy your new smile!

I started to go to Cancun but I got scared and ended up doing it here in the states. I do my upper arch only and paid 24,000 for it. I hope all goes well for you keep us posted on your journey. Best wishes.
I had the same quote here in PA $25,000 for upper maxilla only and I cannot afford it. I just do my homework by watching all about All On 4 lol. Hope goes well it's only been 1 month. Thanks
I just posted my All on 4 review which should be approved and posted in the next day or two. Do not hesitate to go to Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry! Dr. Arzate is in my opinion the master of the All on 4 process and you'll save 50% over your local dentist's quote. I'm thrilled with my All on 4 and am returning in a few weeks for my six month arch relining and checkup. You won't regret doing it!
I was quoted $ 18,500 I'm in NYC upper only
Can u message me on fb jess Janisch is my name. I have some questions
What does all on 4 mean?
I am planning to go to Dr Arzate next month. Your implant is very pretty. Can you tell me if $12,500 is the total cost? Did you have to pay any additional fees for IV , bone graft or sinus graft? Do you need to go back after 6 months to get the final bridge on? Can you eat after the surgery? Thanks
I paid 12,500 for upper maxilla, I pay extra 450$ for IV sedation because I just don't like to feel a thing. I paid 350$ for bone graft ONLY because I have a cystic lesion in my upper maxilla and it needs to have bone graft. I don't need a sinus graft. If you choose the All On 4 procedure by ( Dr.Malo Protocol) you don't need much bone and I had my fixed bridged in 10 days. I did ate after surgery with soft food. I don't need to come back after 6 months because this procedure is one trip only. They will gave a final bridge in one visit but they will want you to stay alt least 10 days for laboratory work. You'll be happy with their service, they all amazing. Their material is FDA approve and its noble biocare they used for me for All On 4 and he's the only Mexican doctor who trained by Dr. Malo ( inventor of All On 4. Good luck to you and free to ask any question.
Thank you so much for the info. Did you have zirconia or titanium.?
Thanks again
I had porcelain titanium bar.
Is that better than zirconia ?
Thanks
My bridge is the basic type. If you prefer zirconia which is the top of the line, you may pay more for it. They said zirconia is more stronger but it's very expensive.
Thank you so much Tengrica. You look beautiful and you have a beautiful smiles. I am looking forward to having my new smiles too.
Good luck and update me when you get your new smile!!
You actually do need to return after six months to have your arch relined with acrylic and to maintain your 5 year warranty. I had same procedure in May and am returning late Oct to have my arch checked and relined and having it cleaned and my implants checked. Just FYI.
I'm planning to go back for reline sometimes before 6 months . Now that the swelling subside I can feel more air in my all on 4. although they never mentioned that it should be six months. They said I only have 3 years warranty! Thanks for the info I appreciate it.
Jusy an FYI - every person is different, but the costs inCancun are very clear and amzingly better than in the U.S. For example, i received an estimate (which has the caveat that they have not evaluated me yet), amd each tooth extraction is $60 (compared to $400 in U.S.), each implant is $700(compared to $3-$5k im the U.S.), amd they also say that if i need bone grafts they are around $100 each (I paid $1000 for a bond gradt in the U.S.). The other consideration is that they use top of the line technology and scan your bone structure for maximum success.alot of U.S.dentists have started doing implants because of the money they canmake without having the equipment.also,I paid $500 (ins didnt cover) for a scan and workup at an oral surgeon, and all of the xrays/scans/planning is free of charge. That along will save you about $1500. I have saved for two years for this and cannot WAIT! It is finally here...wooohoooo!!! I will post pics when i get back-in mid-February.
That's weird my doctor in the US said it takes up to 6 to 12 months for everything to be completed
