Overall I’m really happy! I love how they look when I’m naked although with clothes I feel like they look huge because of the upper pole that I didn’t have with my padded bras, even if I’m just wearing a bralette. Maybe I just have to get used to them and stop being so self conscious. Also they’re pretty soft to the touch but hard if you’re trying to grab the whole boob.
I’m definitely much more confident now (like I have changed for good) but I’m still shy about showing them or feel really self conscious at the gym although no ones looking at them. Or when taking pictures the projection can be A LOT, I need to be careful with flashes and lightning where you can see like literally the implant because I barely have any fat to cover them.

Your results look great - exactly the sort of result I am looking for. I didn’t know you weren’t supposed to do chest exercises two weeks before surgery! I have a series of gymnastics classes planned. How long was it until you could exercise again?
I just think not doing any chest exercises might be good for getting the chest muscles relaxed before surgery and less muscle mass means less blood flow, less swelling. I'm a doctor but this is not my area lol. I started exercising-walking- maybe 3 or 4 weeks post op. As I kept feeling better I went through more challenging exercises such as escalator and spinning classes. I think I was back on my regular routine maybe at 2-3 months and chest exercises at 6

Thank you for posting an update 1 year in! You look great. How is the working out, are you able to to do pull ups / push ups and get back to cross fit? That’s my biggest concern, the effect on my athletic activity.
I can now do pull ups and push ups as I used to! It took a while, maybe about a year for them to feel ok to do. Although I feel twitches sometimes if I do a heavy chest work out. Also I read an article about chest strength after under the muscle BA and all patients recovered to basal strength after 6-12 months. If you're athletic competitive type then maybe you might be candidate for over the muscle..

9 months!!

Looking at the last pictures they’ve changed so much!! Overall I love my new self. My nipples have always pointed differently and in pictures you can tell a bit more, but I don’t mind ????

7 weeks PO

I’m finally back to normal! Haven’t started doing chest exercises but everything else feel great again. I absolutely love my boobs! Sometimes I get boob greed and at other times I feel like they’re huge! But overall I love them, I just can’t wait for them to get a bit softer

Are you finally happy with your overall size. Your experience is echoing mine. I am 4 days po, and I am still in bandages. I haven't been able to see them. Day 2 they were swollen, and looked perfect in terms of size (from under the bandages). Now the are less swollen, and I worry that once the bandages come off, they will remain this deswollen size. Did yours get a little bit bigger after the drop and fluff? Are you still happy with your size? Our stats are similar, so I wonder if you can you wear a tight tank top and still have volume and cleavage without wearing a bra (this is my goal)? Thanks!
don’t think too much about it! it can become an obsession. you’ll love them. Mine did drop and fluff and I feel they look bigger than the first 2 weeks but it’s also true you get used to the size real fast so sometimes I got the idea they had shrunk and had to check with my boyfriend. now I’m 3 months post op and I’m really happy with them. Sometimes I even feel they’re a bit big lol, but it all depends on the bra. I can wear tank top with no bra and it’s my perfect look, but a padded bra will make them look bigger than I like. you’ll turn out great!!
