Hi my name is Sandra, I am 32 from San Francisco,...

Hi my name is Sandra, I am 32 from San Francisco, I had a BA in Mexico City 3 months ago! Well, finally got some time to write out my story.
Well when I was young i had great boobs, 32 full B almost C but after breastfeeding for almost 1 year my boobs deflated to a barely there A. I was so unhappy with them. 5 years later I finally decided to start seriously looking into breast augmentation. I had virtual consults with 2 diff clinic in Mexico.
The second one I contacted was topplasticsurgeonsmexico clinic and they arranged my surgery with Dr. Juan Bernardo Baltazar Rendón in Mexico City.
I arrived at Mexico City airport on Monday 30th January morning and I had my first consultation with him the same day in the evening. He was awesome!
I get my surgery the next day in the afternoon. I woke up at 6:30am and could not go back to sleep! Just couldn't quiet my mind. I was so nervous. I got up at 8:00am and took a shower and washed with antibacterial soap. My assistant – Daniela - picked me up at hotel at 12:00pm and we got to the surgical center about an hour early and they took me right back to a little pre op room which had a nice comfy bed. The nurse asked me lots of questions then she started my IV. She gave me a nice little cocktail which made me feel strange. Apparently I have what is called a "Vagiel Response" to IV's, or whatever the heck was in the IV. It was one of the scariest experiences ever. (Strange because this had not happened when I had my C-section years ago).
When I "came to" I was sweating, pale and clammy. Now, nurses do not be scared this whole thing happened in a matter of a few minutes and then I was okay.
Unfortunately the doc was running behind in a surgery so we had to wait an extra hour and a half. Finally dr Juan Bernardo came in a measured me then the anasesiologist came in and asked me some more questions and told me what to expect. Then they walked me back into the operating room and i started to feel very scared because my cocktail had worn off by this time.. I layed on the table and right away they gave me an oxygen mask.
In the surgery room where they strapped my hands down (so I could not interfere with the augmentation at all) and they then gave me the sedation that puts you out.
The last thing i remember is them saying they are putting something in my iv that will make me sleepy.. I don’t remember feeling sleepy or anything.. it was like BANG im in the recovery room and the center of my chest hurt pretty bad so they gave me some meds in my IV.. It really hurt for about a half hour but then got better.
The only pain I really have had since is the pressure in the chest thing. It really does feel like an elephant is on your chest. So, the rest of this day so far I have been sleeping and watching TV mostly.
I slept over night at hospital and i left the next day in the afternoon. My assistant picked me up at Hospital and she drove me to my hotel.
At hotel room i peeked at my boobs and they look HUGE. I ended up getting 380cc sil mod profile unders. I have been keeping ice on them most of the day and the best advice I got was to keep taking the percocet on time before i feel pain because i really havent had too much pain. Also, dont lay down flat, try to sleep in a recliner or proped up on the couch. If you lay flat it hurts like heck when you get up. Well thats my experience in Mexico with topplasticsurgeonsmexico clinic and Dr. Juan Bernardo Baltazar. Good luck to anyone who is about to have their breast augmentation!! .......thanks for reading
