Hey, looking great by the way. Take no notice to that previous comment, there's a few of them on here who go about saying vile things to other members and that's the only reason why they're on here. I had 450cc tsf nearly 6 months ago now going from a 32a to a 34d(i also decided to gain some weight hence the reason my band measurement has gone up too) After nearly 6 months i still have no feeling in my left nipple and I also have the double bubble in my right breast. It's something that did concern me to begin with but it's honestly not that bad and not too noticeable. Also, pre op my right nipple sat higher than the left which has not changed post op. Because of my nipple placement it made me believe I was bottoming out but fortunately that was not the case. Im just a larger version of what I was before which I have learnt to accept. I wouldn't worry too much about the double bubble just yet but definitely keep in touch with your surgeon. You've gone with larger implants so they'll always be some risk but just remember my 440cc caused mine to look like that too. They really do
look great and I kinda wished I went bigger now lol x

They are healing well, Ive been wearing my special bra and it helps a lot.
what cup size were you before the procedures?
I cannot go this big, at 5.6 I only weigh 110-112 lbs, 27 inch rib cage, I am A cup besides now that I have explanted. My doctor says 465 grams is already big but it is in fact only 438 cc therefore I am resizing hopeful that he'll say I will be able to fit a bit more.
I was 34D. I would go 465-500cc you will not regret it!
omg, you had plenty of natural breast tissue. I am just A. on fri my surgeon said he can fit 520 inspira , which is 13 cm diameter, and 6 cm projection, and now I don't know what to do. 465 ( 12.5/5.9), or 520 ( 13/6) considering im 5.6, 110-112 lbs. Additionally one Realselfer, who I am grateful to, drew my attention to the so called shelf breast, and edge visibility which are more frequent on thin women.
Don't quite know what ths shelf breast means in fact.

I was a very small natural size, my first time I did 365 and it look great 34D but with yrs I regret not going a little bigger. Is pretty much up to you, my friend told me this.. Go big or go to home.. Lol I'm now 750 and loving it bc they don't look super big they look normal and natural fill up all the space

It's been one month since my surgery I'm getting used to this boobs but I still have a double bobble.

i wouldnt worry about double bubble at all, at this size it is hardly visible

Don't be scare, go Big or go home.. Jk I was 34D and they look great but is always something when you see a bigger fuller breast. Now they don't look big as the pictures.. They look normal not too big I promise. I'm in love with this size I always wanted a model boobs. I'm 4'11" 130lbs size small and now bra 38DD or 34 DDD depends on the brand.
