I had performed a mechanical dermoabrasion with subcisions one year ago, after that I did another same treatment 3 weeks ago, in the first treatment I obtained a 20% of improving, in the second treatment i don't see any results, I want to treat the redness first before I do another treatment because the redness in the last treatment last more that one year to rid it, I am considering do a pulsed lye laser, is a good idea to do the laser to treat the redness in the following week?, or I need to wait more time?, I will see more improvement in the following weeks?, or this is the final result of the treatment?, and only I need to wait to fade off the redness?, I am considering do treatments not rude like this, so, please, then, I can do?, please say me what is the best laser I can do, or the best microoneedling with or not RF, thanks.
