Theyve treated me like family even without the surgery! Gosh im getting teary eyed!

To stay positive but damn! Everybody here is so wonderful and pleasant but i came all this way for a reason, now i miss home and my family ! Dr. Pantoja ws sooo nice , Lana is wonderful but im still upset its like wtf all this planning for nothing!
