Dr Cardenas has a sweet bed side manner, she comes and checks up on you on the recovery house. The only irritates me is that they don't use dissolvable stitches, so you have to find someone to help you to take out the drains, but other than that I had a excellent experience, and all the Nurses at the beauty care recovery house are great as well.

No I didn't, I just been eating healthy and drinking water, so I slimmed down some, keep in mind you don't have much of a appetite after surgery, jello and yogurt was my friend

30 days after tummy tuck

Keep in mind I didn't have liposuction. Just been eating healthy for the most part. Today I started the gym, I just walked on treadmill.

Hello, your results look amazing! Your incision is barely visible and looks to be healing well. I am going to be getting a full tummy tuck soon. Any advice you learned from your experience, on how to make the healing process easier/quicker? Thanks in advance for any info. :)
Keep compression garment on all times & eat clean lots of berries spinach & avocado,good luck .

I had to laugh at your comment about your belly button. I hadn't seen mine in a verrrry looong time. It's such a cute little thing haha!! Lol all i did was go to dinner I couldn't do to much, I didn't do lipo, so my recovery is a little easier, doctor Cardenas says the recovery is more rough with Lipo
