I'm nervous, scheduled for May 8th with dr Cardenas. Lots of great reviews although I see some negativity also but the negative reviews have no pictures. That's very important to have pictures whether, good or bad. Anyway working on my hemo, last time I checked it was 10.5 need at least a 11.5 b4 surgery wish me luck ladies.
Surgery date moved up to May 5th
My date got moved up to the 5th, I'm constantly in the mirror envisioning what I'm going to look life after. I'm sure it will be great Dr Cardenas seems to be a talented at incisions. I'm so nervous, not to mention I'm using most of my savings for this, but I don't care, I'm young and have always struggled with my weight. I would like for once in my life to know what it feels like to wear a bikini. I don't have any children and sometimes I think I making a bad decision but life's so short and I'm may never have kids. But I'll be living my life with more confidence.
I need that 11.5
My plane ticket book, deposit paid all my blood work done. I get my results back today momma needs that 12 to be on the safe side. LOrd I hope this happens for me
20 days pre op
Ok so iron, folic acid and vitamin c are my bestie. I got the minimum hemo required for surgery, I'm thrilled. this is really gonna happen. I'm a wake up one day and this fat belly gonna be gone. Dreams do come true.
This belly gotta go !!!
Belly go away, future Cardenas doll!!!
The best abs have to go to the queen Beyoncé
I bought this stuff for post op care
Arnicare gel, kelo-cote scar cream & arnica Montana tablets. Still trying to raise that hemo to, anyone tried liquid iron ?
My family says I don't need it
It's like I want to keep secrets from them, but I shouldn't just in case there are complications, but it's my life Yolo. And I want to be happy and feel like the beautiful person outside like I feel on the inside. I'm excited about my Journey
Feeling bloated and extremely fat, don't know if it's from all the supplements Iv been taking, Iv been working out and eating healthy so I hope it's not weight gain, I test my hemo again on the 28th hope I get that 13 *pops iron like candy* I'm coming from Nyc all the way to Mexico really not trying to be turned away
Trying to lose more weight b4 tummy tuck
I'm basically eating right & working out, can't wait for the flat tummy, I already got hips and a booty.
surgery day is approaching Mix feelings
Surgery date is approaching feeling scared nervous, Iv been overweight my whole life with constant diet and exercise. I hope I'm making the right choice to do this. This is my birthday gift to myself Im turning 33 and I want the body I dream about. II'm just putting it in the universe hands. I gotta a cold feeling discouraged hope it clears up soon in avoiding tea and coffee because it prohibits iron absorption. So I hope this dry cough vanishes before my surgery, any suggestions let me know
so just a few days before surgery so my measurements are 36-38-44 I'm 5 9 207 lbs hopefully the surgery will bring me down to a 30 inch waist. ill keep you posted ladies
So I'm nervous Af
My plane booked my bags packed, I got my hemo back & it's 11.5, been working this past two weeks to bring it over, but my damn perid might come this week and bring my number down, been popping iron 2x a day. 650 mg x 2 and folic acid vitamin b & c plus I'm eating my greens and protein IV purchased blood builders yesterday don't want to get sick. Going to get my hemo done again tomorrow wish me luck
2 more days
Thanking Dra Cardinas in advance, no turning back #thesecret
So I survived thank God,
Day 1 post op, haven't seen my results yet my surgery was performed at 11.6 hemoglobin. Ladies eat your spinach daily. And your proteins in, also blood builders are awesome a better investment than iron supplements as each pill includes 525 msg or iron and other pertinent pre op necessaries. I got mine at Gnc. Ok I'll be waiting on my pics.
Me with clothes on
I'm happy, you can really see a big difference, with my clothes on. Wearing my compression garment, in this pic lol
Loving my results
15 days post op and I couldn't be happier
30 days after tummy tuck
Keep in mind I didn't have liposuction. Just been eating healthy for the most part. Today I started the gym, I just walked on treadmill.
