World's Best Doctors!!! - Mexico

I had gastric plication surgery (it's not a drop down menu choice) almost 7-months ago. Dr. Ortiz and the entire staff and facility are world class and wonderful. I could not be happier and healthier. I now weight 124lbs and I can run, not feel like eating all of the time, and wear size 25/26 jeans. I am so happy and I eat healthier. The staff and facility are wonderful. My only problem is now a few things sag so first I will always check with Dr. Ortiz on what he offers at his clinic. I will post pix once I find a 'before' photo - which I did not like to keep! I'm happy to post an after photo...I'm so thrilled with the follow-up care and when I had one small issue, the staff called back several times to continue to follow-up. Dr. Martinez and Dr. Sol are also the very best. I love and enjoy life again and the freedom to focus on fun things vs. what meal I want. My typical diet is so normal - I eat eggs, fish, and enjoy coffee and wine here and there. I eat a piece of chocolate, have a few chips but mainly protein and fish almost every day. It's absolutely the best decision and the best team! I still wear baggy pants in the heat but I feel as thought my goal weight is somewhere between 120 and 125. I'm 5'6" and at 124 I can now run my 5K races around 26minutes!! I most hightly recommend Dr. Ortiz and will be back for lifting up anything they can do!!!!! The photo probably doesn't do justice but my arms used to be really flabby!
