Words cannot express the love and support I have received from Dr. Koelliker, and the staff during my stay at Casa Marino and the hospital. You truley know how to care for our every needs... Without even asking. I received and loved the restful, peaceful atmosphere.. The trickling of the water fountains. The smell of fresh coffee . The healthy breakfasts and lunches . I planned my surgery during the raining season. At nite I anticipated the trickle of the rain on the rooftop and even a few thunder lightning strikes. So Cosey for me

I came alone ,Faceliftmexico made all the arrangements, so to have your bi-lingual patient liaison, Fabiola help me take a taxi to town, help with the pharmacy to order my meds and to even Help exchange monies. Was so helpful. Casa Marino is the full deal. My experience 5 star. It is lovely and so clean, I loved the beds.
Dr. Koelliker performed a full facelift, surgeon cost was $6,900 U.S. dollars I had quotes in Northern CA from $20,000 up for same procedure, which included: Except for the lip fat.
1. temporal forehead lift
2. upper/lower eye lids
3. mid -face with SMAS technique (this is the real secret, he minutely raises your cheek muscles back up to where they were, I think when I was in my 20's)
4. neck lift
5. Optional and I am glad I did it for extra $600 I had the lip fat transfer to upper/lower lips (after 60 your lips start to flatten out)
I arrived at the Leon airport the day before surgery and was met by their bi-lingual driver and taken directly to the Guadalupano Hospital (where DR K has his office) in Celaya City a 45 minute drive. The driver Jorge his name helped me register and took me to my private room where Dr K was knocking on my door shortly. They put me through a full pre op work up to be sure I was OK for surgery VERY thorough. (They also ask for a blood panel and EKG to be sent prior to arrival for a prequalification) .Surgery the next morning, one more night in hospital and 4th morning, my driver drove me to the lovely retreat in SAn Miguel de Allende another 45 minute drive. I spent the next 6 nights there being monitored, pampered and all my needs were met. The food was delicious. Again I have to say I went alone but did not feel the need for anything . Dr K pays much attention to you during YOUR first consult and listens to what you expect for a result and the first time I met him in my hospital room was about 3 hours all total and I could not be happier with my results. His attention to all his patients there were 3 others, when I was there just leaving who I had the delight to meet is the same. He has a bedside manner not to be matched and all his patients feel this way. Thanks to Dr K, the wonderful staff at Casa Marino ( I felt so pampered by Fabiola she even took me to town to show me around for a shopping trip and we had lunch) and to Pat Marino, her husband Greg. $l,900 was the cost for one person for the 10 day hospital/recovery package. I could not have asked for a more secure feeling and environment to recover. I am leaving today and feeling a little sad.
