WORTH IT
No matter how skinny I get, my face will always be chubby and round. I took a trip to Guadalajara (Mexico) and decided to go through with this procedure. The office was very professional and so was my doctor. In about 40 minutes I was out of the office with a new face :) . The first days I was very swollen, and applied ice every 2 hours. I started eating solids in about 4 days. It's been now 12 days and I can see the difference.

In Mexico it costs only $150-$200 and the outcome is better than in the States. To bad many people don't know that and they end up spending 90% more of money in that simple procedure.

My procedure took about 35-40 mnts.(quick). My right side was being stubborn. But yes, it's a simple procedure.

Yes I was awake, it's only local anesthesia, same as the one they use for dentist procedures.

I'm not sure about the lip fat transfers but pretty sure he does. He is also part of the american surgery association. I am from the Bay area, so i got my tickets round trip for about 250 dollars roundtrip.

I stayed in Guadalajara, Jalisco. That is about a two hours an ahalf drive to Puerto Vallarta. He also has a facebook if you would like to look him up. dr. joel michel . His office is in the city, very safe.

I got it done is Guadalajara, Mex. My doctor is Joel Michel. He is listed on my realself page. I went to Mexico because it's cheaper and also had my eyebrows done. I would have payed over 4000 here in the USA. Which over there is about 175-300 dollars for the cheeks. Also, he is very experienced and part of the american surgery association group.

you look amazing! I had my buccal fat pad removed today and I am very swollen. I know that it's different to every individual, but how long have you been swollen? And what did you think helps getting the swelling down best? I am currently wearing a strap around my cheeks/head to get the swelling down.

I suggest you ice your cheeks every 3 hours for 10-15mnts each side. I was very swollen the first week, by the second week it started going done. I'm still a little swollen on one side. Also, drink arnica tea, i got mine at walgreens. I didn't eat real food until the 3rd day. After every meal wash your teeth. I never wore a strap around my cheeks.

It looks great, I've always had a fat face too with a double chin, no matter how much weight I lose. Did they lipo your face?

Thanks :) !! I only got the buccal fat removed. My doctor told me that i had really large bags of fat. I'll post a picture so you can see.

How long did you wake for him to answer and reply back ? Tried to contact him through Facebook to schedule the surgery in November but seems like he is barely have time to reply back :'(
