Hi everyone I have been on this website for going on three years now I have had a breast augmentation previously and I now have just had the Brazilian butt lift with lipo from: abdomin, flanks, back, and arms transferred to my buttocks and hips. I had my surgery yesterday 04/06/17 around 1-2 o'clock I'm not 100 of the time but I'm assuming I had maybe a 3 hour surgery at one and came out at 4 because I remember asking a nurse the time. Let me start by saying I was only 98-100 lbs all of my life & I had to gain weight, I was 118 here the day of surgery. I was always hoping for butt Implants until I discovered so many complications and u satisfaction with the implamts being hard or shifting and it didn't seem like something I wanted to constantly deal with. So I decided to gain weight & how I gained weight was by drinking a liquid appetizer enhancer that really honestly work amazingly. I drink 2-3 ensure plus a day for roughly 2 months. I discovered this dr from two of my girlfriends who have come here 2/3 years ago. They gave me Marissa's email and we set everything up over phone and email. DETAILS OF SURGERY I arrived at Dr. Arturo Gonzalez Montes office at 930am for the first time. Marissa was there and was very sweet and helpful. I did the paperwork and had blood drawn. I talked with Marissa about my main concern which was the epidural/ sedation because it was local anesthesia. I was just scared for the scary things that come with an epidural gone wrong. I'm a realist and always think worst case scenario instead of best so I know what to expect and I'm not disappointed if something doesn't go my way and super happy when things go well. So back to what I was saying Marissa told me it was higher up your spine than the epidural pregnant woman get & that it doesn't hurt at all. The Dr comes in shortly after & I go back to his office, he greets me and he was so welcoming and nice! It was our first time meeting and he just seemed like I chose the right surgeon in the first minutes. He marked me up, took photos of me for pre op & i showed him pictures of what I wanted. Next thing you know we are following him to the surgery clinic probably only 3 minutes driving away from his office, but there was some traffic. I get my room and some fluids Hooked up to me go into the surgery room and meet the anesthesiologist who was nice as well dr Gonzalez was there and super nice as well. Let me start by saying my friends who had this before look.. Wow. Amazing! And they say their waists were tinier right after surgery so make sure I don't keep eating all unhealthy, but I'm telling you their waists are still small. Just to eat healthy and it'll say and was it train. No more hot Cheetos lol. So I woke up three times, twice to move my head and once like " hey Doctor are we almost done" in the sleepiness voice ever lol. I did t feel a thing when I woke up beside my body moving from the liposuction and he took it very delicate and meticulous while liposuctioning me. I went to recovery right after and came back to my room. I was still numb in my whole body besides my hands. So I didn't feel any pain until around 5am 04/07/17 and it wasn't like excruciating (hope I'm not speaking too soon) I used to be a competitive cheerleader so I just feel like I worked out very hard. One thing I wish some girls who have had this procedure would mention is that you BLEED A LOT! Which I wasn't expecting! I have a drain and it's been emptied about 5 times since (it's 8:00am 04/07/17 ) I'm still in the recovery home but I should be going home in a few hours!
