When I first met the Dr I was very impressed, he was very attentive and answered all my questions. After Surgery he popped in a few times to check in and left. I asked him about some numbness I felt on my thigh and he gave no explanation. My follow up visit I expressed the same concern and this time he said it'll get better in time, its now 3 mo later and it's still numb. In my consultation I expressed wanting 300 or 350 cc for my implants & he gave me 225. My cousin and I both went in together and she came out with exactly what we discussed. We both asked for the same thing. I will give him credit for the TT my scar is healing well. I'm still a bit swollen and sore in certain areas but my stomach is flat. I will say that his Nurse is not considerate at all. I had a pain, kind of like an electric shock that ran down my leg when the area was touched. She didn't care and kept going whether it was removing the tape or helping put my garment on I had to yell at her to stop. I can tolerate pain too but she seemed like she wanted to get it over with.

Did you ask him why one was higher than the other!? Where did he do your incision? They don't look as small as you said. You look great! stay positive! Hope he has a reasonable explanation for why they are different. :-(

Also, I know you got the tummy tuck and breast lift with implants. Was yor total cost $5500 and did you get anything else.

Breast Comparison

My cousin and I both asked for the same size. Not sure how he could of got this wrong.

I have not, although i have heard plenty of great things from him. I'm planning for April, since that's the only time I can take off. Have you reached out to dr. Ramirez?

You look great. Your cousin looks great too. IMHO , I would go for smaller, more natural looking boobs rather than the bigger, rounder ones.

Few days from 5 week mark.

In the last couple of weeks my body has changed drastically. Swelling has reduced A LOT and I can walk normal. Now that the swelling has gone my fear of having an A cup is gone. I got what I wanted. TT Scar is healing nicely. BL scar ok but hoping my boobs will drop to hide it. Around the nipple and on my boob looks good.

Hi bigred! Question! What is your height? What was your weight before going in? I have an appt with Ramirez today! Thank you for all your before and afters. I noticed a trend with his afters tho. The bunch up in the middle like he doesn't do it right. But on your last PO picture your stomach looks really good! I've gone to several consultations (view my profile) and am thinking of going with 450 moderate plus profile. Please let me know ASAP. Thanks so much and congrats on your new found confidence! I'm so excited but nervous for all this. I'm looking into also getting a TT and BA with a little lipo on my arms.
Hi Funat30. I'm 5'4", his purpose on the stomach is to give the illusion of a tight tummy. He also can't lipo that area. If I have any complaints it's not on my TT its my BA. I did a lift and reduced the size however in my consultation I discussed 300 cc vs 350 and there wasn't much of a difference. Right before surgery I said that I want to make sure that they look lifted well for some reason he implanted 225. They don't look bad with clothes on however that's not what I asked for and two without a bra I look like A perky A cup my palm of my hand covers my boob and you can see my scar. I still wanted a big size to make sure it hid it. So make sure you say what you want and leave it at that.
Thanks for the quick response and PO pics! I currently weigh 170, 5'5 and looking on losing 10-15 lbs before surgery... He showed me his work and was impressed. His TTs are very good. The BA were okay. But like you said, I have to tell him what I want. is your cousin happy with her BA?
