No way it was just a surgery that resulted this much difference.. I can see much difference in your belly fat too. that cannot be just by liposuction.. you must have worked hell lot in gym as well as hitting cardio. please give full information not some manipulated one.
I workout 4 to 5 days a week just steadily increasing the weight and intensity. I don't do cardio at all. Reason being I lose weight pretty easy. Pre-surgery I was 215pds and the 8/3/14 I'm 212pds so its not much weight difference. I don't eat fast food much or eat big meals. I don't drink as much alcohol either. When I drink constantly I notice how much more bloated I look.
