If I may say so myself, just Wow!
So... my aunt posted a picture from her 2016 birthday which she loved, at first I was not happy because of how much larger I was. Then quickly I thought WOW how much I have changed. Still very thankful, this is one of the best decisions I ever made! Feeling accomplished and elated! :-)

Feeling so motivated to loose these last 16 pounds to reach my calculated goal weight and body fat 168 pounds, I have to really stay focused, pray for me please! It has been a wonderful journey. I keep shopping because I can’t fit any of my old clothes. What a good problem to have. I use Aloe Vera gel on my stomach every day and I keep it moisturized to try and prevent loose skin on my stomach. I also wrap it in plastic Wrap under my neoprene sauna suit when I work out. I really want to put on a 2 piece bathing suit and feel comfortable and confident. I’m almost there.
