1 year post op. No other surgeries.
WORTH IT$16,996
Here's some pictures. I'll have a tummy tuck in June with a free round of breast fat transfer. I'll post a new review for that once I have the procedure and link it to this review. I'm soooo happy with my breasts! Wouldn't change anything and I'm only getting another round because it's included with my tummy tuck!

Updated Pictures
These pictures are exactly 2.5 years after my first procedure, and 4 weeks before my next one. As you can see, there is a huge difference from pre-op - much more fat in the breasts, and a slight left. One breast is still slightly smaller and when my arms are out, it is VERY small. Surgery #2 should add more fat and one lollipop lift.
Just ordered my faja online today in preparation for June surgery. I feel like I am much more educated on HOW I will feel post-op. Also, ladies, they will pump you with IV antibiotics so it is critical to ask for Diflucan if you are prone to infections. I know I will do that differently!
Sending peace & love to all those who are following my journey.

with tuberous breasts you must go over the muscle. 100%.
Hey. Not sure if you're referring to breast implants, but I am not using implants - just fat. Thanks for visiting :)
Does the price listed above include both surgeries? How much would it be without the lift? I have tuberous breasts also and am looking for a surgeon who can do fat transfer!
I'm 6mo post op with a fat transfer to breast (only, no implants ever) with Khoobehi also, I'm curious about your retention. I notice a big difference after 2 years! Do you think that is because you had a baby between your first transfer and this one or did Dr K. offer you any insight?
On another note, I had a tummy tuck, breast lift, fat transfer and lipo what seems like all over and I'm so happy with him, IF I had to do it again, I'd pick him over and over.
I'm not interested in having another one LOL

Hi
Did you see my other review? I had a second round in June and my final round next month.

I'm baaaaaack
Hi Guys.
I'm back. I gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby boy in August of 2019. I am finally back to about 3-4 pounds to my pre-pregnancy weight & prior surgery weight. I have my surgery scheduled for June, 23, 2020, just a little over a month away. I am excited to share my journey through my 2nd breast surgery with those of you on here. I am currently still much happier with my breasts from pre-op to over 2 years post op, but was always expected to need a 2nd surgery (lollipop lift + additional fat transfer). Hang tight and watch my journey. I will add some current pictures this week.

Hello, did you choose to breastfeed? Did breast-fat transfer have any restrictions on breast feeding for you?
Hi, I did try to breastfeed but I was not successful. I can't really say it is due to the procedure though. My son was born at 37 weeks and struggled to latch on to my nipple. I did produce colostrum, but I did struggle to pump out enough milk to keep him fed. I ended up transitioning to formula and he loves it! Now in the 96th percentile in weight (he was born only 5 lbs) and very healthy! :)
Glad to hear that he is healthy!m and doing great!
I have surgery hopefully in June as well to correct my tubular breasts. I'm 41 and this is my first attempt to correct my 'deformity'. Funny thing is I didn't even realize there was a name for my condition until I chanced upon it while researching breast enhancement less than a year ago. I always wondered why my breasts were so weirdly shaped and tiny and was very self-conscious whenever I was naked in front of others. Wish I had known years ago that this was actually fixable. Looking forward to a new better looking chest after all these years. I'm doing a lollipop mastopexy with fat transfer as well.
Congratulations on your decision to complete a fat transfer. I, like you, also had no idea that I had a "deformity". I got married at a young age, and my ex-husband never really mentioned it. Only as I got older did I realize my breasts were different. I can tell you without question that this decision was one of the best I ever made. Even now after only one procedure, I feel a huge difference in my confidence. Please post pictures of your journey to share with us!
Will do! It does feel like the best decision frankly! :) Nervous because I've never had any form of surgery in my life but also very excited. At this point I'll happily take nice round shaped breasts even if I end up with an A cup size or less. It really does a number on one's confidence for sure!
Who will do your surgery? Where are you located? A cup size I think you will certainly achieve. And anyways, the shape of your breast will be much more important than the size <3.
I'm based in Boston and found a surgeon locally who specializes in fat transfer. I've not seen her name here on realself though. She was my one and only consult but I felt instantly comfortable with her and she understood my goals. I've found creative ways to enhance/increase my bust in clothing over the years and look great. And frankly like your ex, my hubby has never said a word about my unusual shape. :) But this is for me as I've always felt super inadequate (physically) everytime I see myself naked. I've never quite felt like a real woman...which is silly given that I birthed and breastfed 2 kids for a full year each on these pebbles (my sister's nickname for my underage breasts)...but I need this fix. Not greedy at this point...just looking for a good shape and I'll be content (I think!) Sorry for rumbling on. Haha.
Just wanted to say I am another 41 year old in Boston with these unfortunate tuberous breasts. I was / am? supposed to be getting surgery (implants and lift) this summer but damned COVID messed up my plans. Still hoping it can happen though... there are so few of us in this deformed "camp" I am always looking for positive stories!
breaststroke. I had tuberous breaststroke. I know your pain. Check out my doctor and tell him I referred you via Realself. I traveled to him and stayed in a hotel for 4 days and drove home after. Im so sorry what you've gone through. Just remember that you are beautiful.
Ugh. I hate auto correct!

I am 51 yrs old and only realized now that one of my breasts is tuberous. I had breast implants when I was 40yrs old which were disastrous. I had an explant when I was 43yrs and have tried living with my small ‘deformed’ breasts as they are. 2 months ago I had my first FT to correct the shape of my breasts. Like you, the shape, not the size is my primary goal. I’m happy with the 1/2 cup size increase from my first fat transfer and moderate shape revision but am scheduled for a second FT in September 2020. I’m ‘greedy’ for my breasts to be a similar shape- not size necessarily. I’ve learned FT takes time and patience. My doctor wants me to gain weight prior to my second surgery because, at 168cm and 57kg he said he didn’t have enough fat to work with. Covid-19 isolation has recently helped me gain 3kg, which I now have to maintain for 2 months. I feel very uncomfortable in my body but keep telling myself this is temporary and (hopefully) I will have permanent results. Thanks for sharing your tuberous breast story (and all those who have commented) as I crave information on how FT can ‘correct’ this ‘deformity’ and restore confidence.
