Very nervous about this - comfortable with my size but have always wished my bum was bigger.. I am 5’7 and about 165 lbs - can’t really find people of my height and weight on this sight so I figured I’d share my experience in hopes that it helps someone out there. I have deleted Dr Walters from the Metairie area to perform my procedure and am scheduled to have my bbl done in the beginning of January.

I definitely will - I will be posting before and after pics once I’ve had the sx - Dr Walters has a great reputation and while he’s more expensive than most in the Nee Orleans area, I’d rather pay more and be in good hands - he’s double board certified ✔️✔️

24 Days Left - Nervous/Anxious

My procedure is right around the corner and I’m getting more and more nervous/anxious - I’m happy I have selected a very qualified doctor and feel safe in that sense. I’m looking forward to my pre op consultation on the 19th of this month - I can’t Wait to get a list of what I need - I’ve been reading different reviews and everyone seems to have a different list so hopefully I get one from the doctor or his office so I can get whatever I really need for after my surgery. My doctor provides me with 2 fajas/compression garments (included in total price of procedure) - one for the 1st week and one for the second week. Says I don’t take them off at all - even shower with them on. At one week visit they take off my first garment and put me into 2nd faja/garment. I have bought a faja from amazon for after the 2nd week (hopefully I got the right size - I’ve included photo) and a pair of compression thigh highs. I am also planning to buy a female urine funnel bc a lot of ppl say that it is the easier way to use the restroom during the first 2 weeks. Not sure if I will need it or not, but it is only a few dollars and I’d rather have it just in case it is easier to use the restroom with it. Also included in the total price are 10 endermologie post op sessions (massage therapy). But that doesn’t start till 10 days post op.

I had an appointment with Dr. Walters yesterday. I’m so excited, anxious and nervous all at once. He expects great results and his expectations make me happy! Everything has been paid in full at this point. I have a few more things to get before my procedure - his staff recommended I get dial soap and start using that because it is the most antibacterial Of soaps, doggie pads or something like that to line the bed for the 1st few days after my surgery due to drainage, gauze or pads for my incisions in order to soak up the drainage, a multivitamin because it helps with healing, and the bbl pillow for sitting.
His staff highly stressed that I should over hydrate myself the day before surgery and that, although they know I won’t feel like it the day of surgery and the day after surgery, I need to hydrate myself extra those days as well.
I feel very comfortable and like I’m in good hands with Dr. Walters - Besides the fact that he is DOUBLE BOARD CERTIFIED, He has listened to and addressed all of my concerns. I have his cell phone number, his email, and his staff says that should I need to contact him, or have any concern, he’s only a phone call away - that’s very comforting as reassuring.
