30 Years Old, 34A/32B, Breast Fat Transfer over Implants

Three months PO - even better than I imagined!
It's been three months and I feel like they've dropped down a lot, right where they're supposed to be. They're very squishy and move/feel like real breasts. My boyfriend is obsessed! The 240 cc was just enough of a difference to where I can tell they're bigger, but not overly large, and the fat that was injected around them makes them look incredibly natural - I forget they're not my real boobs. No one has said anything yet, which was my goal - really just wanted to look better naked and fill out a bra/bikini a bit more. I think they're perfect for my frame and I couldn't be happier - best decision I have ever made!

Thank you! I'll be posting a three - month update on September 1st. Endermologie is a type of massage where they use a roller machine to smooth out your skin and any lumps/bumps that may occur after liposuction. It actually feels really good! Not your typical relaxing massage. As to how they were before the surgery: yes they we pretty perky, but very small. I love them now though..Best decision I've ever made.

Happy for you being satisfied! Would you share a pre-op photo? I would like to have a look at it since I'm skinny and would like to get a fat transfer to have my implants replaced. But some doctors told me there wouldn't be enough tissue for fat cells to survive. Others said fat transfer could be done because it would be possible even for breast cancer patients who have zero tissue left. Now I don't know whom to trust...

I will ask my surgeon for my "before" photos and will post them as soon as I can! Otherwise I don't really have any pics to show the size of my chest before or my hips/thighs. Luckily, I had some fat around my hips and thighs and the doctor thought it would be just enough to kind of camouflage the implant on the sides and cleavage area for a natural look. I have a pretty bony chest and little breast tissue and didn't want the fake stuck-on look at all. However, he did tell me that if I went with strictly a fat transfer (which I considered initially), it would make such a small difference on me, appearance wise (just a half a cup increase is all he could promise me) that it wouldn't really be worth it. Plus you do risk nearly 50% of the fat getting reabsorbed eventually (this isn't always the case but that wasn't a risk I was willing to take considering how big of a surgery it is).
