Hi! What did you look like before this? I think this photo is not helpful if we do not know what you looked like before any fillers. I had 20 units of hylenex under each eye (spread out on 3 visits) and have had no volume or tissue depletion. I’ve been carefully observing my face and all I can see is that the filler is decreasing.. but I still have some more that I’m going to dissolve. Going to a double board certified facial plastic surgeon / Allergan trainer who refines misplaced or overfilled filler often so I feel pretty safe..these reviews scare me still.. but maybe they shouldn’t bc we don’t even know what you looked like before all of this?

Doesnt matter where u go. Cox nce hyaloronidase touch skin thats it . It damages like hell. U can go to triple board Certified plastic surgeon if u want. Wont make a difference
It’s actually does make a difference who you go to for any procedure. I would never go to a regular MD or nurse for hyaluronidase!
Trust me it doesnt. Hyaluronidase damage skin doesnt matter how he inject it. Mine is the best doctor and we did small amount and it still damaged. Those fillers should be banned
Hard to tell from your pics because your skin looks so nice to me! Do you have a before? Where you point under the eye, could it just be that filler is dissolved in one area but not the surrounding area causing a dent? Just curious because it’s hard to tell with the photos.
Anyone who’s had an enzyme to dissolve filler needs to purchase MEDICAL BARRIER CREAM by Epionce. I’ve been through heck and back, it’s been 16 months with no improvement until “EPIONCE” after hallowing in my face due to over filled temples then the enzyme removal product. Finally seeing light at the end of this nightmare. In the past year only leaving the house when I had to, now getting my life face.
How is this cream working? What is it doing to improve the skin? Thanks
Dont lie people with your creams. They do nothing. This is what people get brainwashed . This stuff doesnt get fix unless you fix your face. No cream or serum helps this.

Thanks for all of the information. I'm so overfilled, I just don't know what to do. I'm so conflicted. I'm miserable now, but I don't want to further ruin my face with the hyaluronidase. Does anyone actually know anyone who waited it out and had their face return to normal? I've read a lot about waiting it out, and it appears that it could take years and the filler still not fully absorb.
I'm still waiting and it's been 4 years. I had multiple doses of Hyaluronidase and it didn't dissolve the filler, instead it dissolved my own HA and ruined my face. I'd rather wait even if it takes years because Hyalronidase makes it so much worse.
Hi There again. Hyaluronidase didnt dissolve not even small amount of filler ? I mean nothing at all ? Coz if its HA it has to dissolve at least some. I still have left too but it dissolved quite fair amount.
My friend didn't have hers dissolved and 7 years later it is still there. I have had several rounds of dissolver and my filler is also still here but I have dents, saggy skin and pain in addition.

Sorry you're going through this. I had some chin filler which I hate as he put too much in and it doesn't suit my face. I was planning on getting some dissolved but now I'm unsure
Get the chin dissolved your chin will be fine. The under eye area and cheeks are much different. I got my chin dissolved and it’s so much better!

I don’t understand why people say it’s worse in certain areas but better to dissolve in others. Dissolving the chin or cheeks can be just as risky as under eyes. Some people dissolve under eyes with no problem & some people dissolve chin or lips with big problems. Who are these non doctors to say?

No more damage than I was expecting.. just Crepey skin and maybe a little more hollow. Skin is starting to look better after a month. Still have slight edema but I’m not gonna dissolve more just to be safe.

it conpletely damages in one go, i had it dissolved just once and my cheek collapsed, unfortunately no one can advice you since every body reacts different, it would be at your own risk

This woman is crazy. It does damage in one go and it will. You may not notice it if you have a tiny drop but it will damage you tissue.
Hi do you think that if I do .5 unit (less than even 1 unit) of hyaluronidase it will still damage tissue or face? I am just wondering, I only need a dot to fix upper eyelid filler. I'm terrified..

severe skin damage from hialuronidase and microneedling

hi, im so depressed as im writing this review, my skin is severely damaged from hialuronidase injection that btw if you are considering dissolving your fillers, simply dont do it, it will age your face and damage your skin so much, dont believe those drs that say hialuronidase doesnt cause damage, it clearley does, ive met through here a lot of women that had been damaged by this enzyme and they provider told them it disnt cause damage, they are either in denial or clearly lying. my skin wrinkled and shriveled after this procedure and in trying to fix it i made it even worse with microneedling with prp, it seems skin doesnt bounce back after hialuronidase, i have big pores connecting forming huge lines all over my cheek, im so depressed and desperate, ive seen some people here with skin damage too, does anyone know any treatment for this, something that has been of help? i dont trust drs anymore, they are all for the money, or will recommend lasers or microneedling that are clearly to harsh for my skin.

When I can, I want people to know about this terrible effect of hyaluronidase. I cannot believe that specialists don’t or won’t admit this terrible enzyme. PLEASE NEVER USE IT. It is better to wait that the filler goes away with time. With hyase...you are done for life. I am looking for a solution and if I found one, I will share. I received in 2012 a huge injection and in 2013 also. My face was so uneven especially the right side where I receive more there. I had a reaction to Voluma. But the surgeon panicked over this keep injecting this hyaluronidase. Because I lost all my fat, my own HA & collagen ; I needed more filler so I can look respectable but never like before. To new dermatologist that I went was the worst of all. And I need to say, I had burning eyes (no. More HA in my eyes) need to wear sunglasses all the time. I started losing my hair...and I had tons tick hair....so close to the scalp. I was receiving Juvederm ultra to compensate my cheeks..it as not the best but I could life with it. The new dermatologist one day decided to inject me Volift....WHY...when Juvederm was okay and I told him NO. He insisted it was not like Voluma. God...who are theses stupids doctors...they should learn and learn. Ingiave it to me and the following day....it was terrible. He insisted in hyaluronidase I said no way...he said just a bit.... I gave me 3 injections within 2 weeks. From the very first injection, I became bone and skin. My eye on the right was half the size of my left one...my nose eas half gone on this side... I had no wrinkle at all under this eye...now had wrinkles. And my hair was falling a tons....it had also affected all my right side with lost of fat and muscles...trouble swallowing is has melted my œsophagus as well, my neck my frontal head on this side. My face has been completely destroyed, my health, my self-esteem . I lost everything. And the worst part is IT KEEPS melting day after day....since this second round....of injection; it never stop. It is getting worst each day. I am so furious furious; there is no words. If someone has a solution please email me. Thanks.

Also why don't you just get a fat graft like the laser damaged people?
Horse chestnut supplements hinder hyaluronidase. Look it up! Gotu kola might help too but I found more about the horse chestnut than the gotu.
Get some fat transferred. No stem cells etc would help. I was recently with the doctor with stem cells. He said it wont give u anything back. Its juts boosting skin maybe 2 month and it will go. U hv to repeat it every 3 month etc. only skin lifting and fat filling . But i also hv to do under eyes . I have fillers to remove which is next week :( i get to remove them by plastic surgeon and fat transfer :/ and thats me done

My story is completely the same!!! I was also stupid enough to let a doctor injected Hyaluronidase again in my face. I also have a smaller eyes and my face, my neck my arms All melted. Were you tested for cuties laxa and Ehlers danlos?
Did you try it? I take it 4 days now and hope it will stop the Hyaluronidase but I have tried so much and until now nothing stoped it!

Sorry to be so late. I am having Health problems since this receiving way too much hyaluronidase. 2012, 2013 & 2015.....and the last one.....was way too much...all at the same place. I will end photos within a week. Will try it. Yes, I am actually thinking about a fat graft...but I truly need a very good doctor to do it with experience if not, I will regret it. I went back in 2015 to the first surgeon who was the first to inject me so much,,,with steroid and cortisone mixed with hyaluronidase!!! And he couldn’t believe (he was holding his head with his two hands that that other dermatologist who knew my experience with Voluma, gave me (without my permission) Volift...both the same component. He told me, nothing could be done....NICE to hear. But, I am determined to find a way as soon as everything will be reopen with that covid-19.

Same here. Voluma first dissolved in 2018, then because of the damage again volift and had to dissolve again in 2019. big big mistake!!! Now I have systemic issues and the connective tissue is gone in the hole face, neck and arms! Eyes look smaller because there is no fat around. Really difficult to find a solution. I try to stop the melting process but everything I did made it worse. I also don’t know if fat will last in this damaged tissue!
So the question is, does Hyaluronidase cause a destroying process in the body. This is why I m asking if you have ever tried immunosuppressive to stop this process if it is like an autoimmune reaction...we don’t know they didn’t find anything in my blood...But otherwise Hyaluronidase cannot work for years. I think it’s causing an imbalance in the body between decrease and increase of Hyaluronidase and hyaluronic acid

I am just wondering why anybody would want to take an immunosuppressant in the middle of a pandemic? Why would anybody want to suppress their immune system right now?

improvement?

has anyone seen improvement of thinning skin and discoloration after hialuronidase? treatments? please advice... cant believe doctors do this to us

No improvement, I had 5 injections of hialuronidase 6 months ago, immediately after I developed an infection, had to take antibiotics for almost 2 weeks. The cheek bone where the injections were placed still painful and swelling, I have a dent below the injection side that looks just like yours. To ease the pain and swelling I just began using diclofenac ointment. Im also taking Collagen (powder from Vitamin shop) every morning. I hope it gets better.
