Two weeks POST OP... Look at me!!!! - Mesquite, TX

2 Weeks post
OK catch up!!!! I got the drains removed exactly one week after surgery. Everything has been well. I returned to work and the next day I had to come home and get some rest>>> Boy was I wore out. I bought this new spanx thing for my return to work and I think it was TOO dam tight!. I was in so much pain so I got to figure out a more comfortable compression garment. I am uploading some pictures at my two weeks. Progressing pretty good,,,scar will take a little longer to diminsh (hopefully) because it was glued and not stitched. (Also for the new TTers I didn't feel a thing when I got my drains removed!!!)

Post op 4
I drove myself to Mcdonalds today. Not too bad,, just really tire afterwards. Progressing slowly some days better than others, Post op appt tomorrow. Maybe One drain can come out. I am just so glad the whole surgery is over with!

Post Op 3
I had my first BM today wasn't the best but I am used to that. I have slept in my bed since I have been home. Around five this morning I was able to turn on my side and get some sleep. Boy it was so much better thatn being on my back all the time. It felt like my back just aligned in a different way and it felt GOOD!. I cooked breakfast this morning(pancakes and bacon) I was hungry as usual. I took a quick half shower, I be glad when the drains are removed so I can do things right. They are not that that bad but they are a nuisance. Other than that just lounging on the couch. I am not as bent over as I was yesterday when i walk either. Everyday is a little bit better that the day before PRAISE GOD!!! Well that's all I have for now. Happy Healing:)
