I have been a loyal customer at Light RX. I have spent a lot of money at this place. I am going through some medical issues, and I am unable to continue treatment. I have reached out to the this store in specific since this is where I get all of my treatments. Niki called me, and said that she talked to her boss and they will do NO refunds, and that I need to figure out my medical issues and then call her when I am able to start treatments again. She said that because I got such a great deal on treatments, I cannot get a refund. I shall not be punished for you OFFERING PROMOTIONS - MONTHLY, and me purchasing them. I have no idea when my medical issues will be figured out? With this company closing doors all over, this company may not even be here by that time. Not to mention, with the forms that you have to fill out before treatments, there was never anything on them that says that you are NOT able to get a refund. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ALL THEY WANT IS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BE DONE.
