Hey!
I am here to share my experience and knowledge with you all, as I personally gained so much insight from RealSelf. This initial post is long but descriptive to help as much s possible!
I am 5'1and weighed 105lb on DOS. My boyfriend and I spent about 1.5 years researching surgeons/surgical approaches/implants/etc and found Dr. Jaime Perez at the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa. My biggest challenge was my petite 32A chest, as my base diameter is 11.2cm. I got the safest max allowable implants for my size: 350cc HP mentor memory gels using a transaxillary approach, which is very unique as the surgical scar is hidden in the folds of the armpit. I am now Post-op day 3, and feel so happy that I advocated for a higher profile, larger volume implant. I know that today is the peak of swelling and inflammation, and that I will likely lose one cup size once I am fully healed and the implants are dropped completely, which can take up to 1year.
The most common regret, as confirmed by my surgeon as well, is that patients feel as though they should have gone bigger. The long healing process filled with swings in swelling and implant height can make post-op photos very deceiving to a novice patient. Another issue is that the same size and profile implant can look very different based on the weight, height, and pre-op cup size of the patient too. Most surgery websites post photos that are usually 6-12 weeks post-op which can exaggerate results and give unrealistic expectations for a final result, as much of that swelling and projection will fade by the 6mo mark.
I will post updates of my healing and will try to help in any way that I can :) get the boob job! It is a long, enduring process. But as you build your knowledge base and preferences, you realize what an amazing opportunity it is to be in a position to get surgery as advanced as a breast augmentation. fake titties>>>

I’ll be following your updates! I had my surgery yesterday and went for 350cc, high profile. I’m 5’6 and 138lbs so a bit bigger built than you but wanted mine just big enough to make up for volume loss from pregnancy! Can’t wait for them to settle and look/feel normal! Good luck to you and will be excited to follow your journey!
UPDATED FROM Lil bimBoPeep
4 days post
Post-op day 0-4 updates
Feeling tight but liking the volume and ability to fill out clothes!!
