2 years happy
In July 2020 we had all the changes of the pandemic. Lost a little weight w/all the stress & my new hobby (cycling). Boob size stayed the same, 34DDD/34F. It was crazy hot this day!
One year update
Happy birthday to the girls & wow how time has flown!! Dimensions: 34” band, 40.5-41” bust. There have been so many changes but size-wise not so much (which is great, lol). The most noticeable difference is they look as if they’ve finally calmed down &
settled in place. [happy dance] Still able to be as active as I want wearing the right sports bra, of course. Bra shopping is fun! :D
One key piece of advice I’d give to the newbies is don’t go crazy throwing out all your tops soon after your surgery. Nothing will fit...for a while. Wait until at least six months, longer is better, before you get rid of that favorite top. I recently started wearing dresses size small again that fit just fine. Usually I opt for medium tops now but it’s all about the cut of the outfit (fabrics that give a little work best). Those pre-surgery bras though...say buh-BYE!
Another key piece of advice: you’re gonna have to get used to people looking at your chest. It’s one of those unspoken facts of life. Again, it’s all about the way you present yourself but IF you put them out there, they will look.
Hope my experience has helped yours!

9 Week Update
I’m a little late on posting this but wanted to show my progress. Bra size is still the same from the one month mark (34DDD, VS) no bigger/no smaller. I am now comfortably sleeping on my side & always wear a light supportive top to bed to keep their shape. Still massaging 3x/day and they’re squishy! If I move my left arm out sometimes I get a weird feeling of the implant in the pocket so I try to be careful.
Bought some high impact sports bras from VS to wear when I workout or run (training for a half in November). They’re comfortable enough to last through the activity. I was worried that I’d have to stop being as active afterward. Glad I was wrong. Pics are just a few I snapped quickly. Will post more for my 3-month update. Good luck, girls!
