I hadn’t seen many reviews of middle aged women getting BA.
I had wanted to for years, and was finally in a position to get them done. Started as 34 B, breast fed three kids, but still had good shape. No need for lift, yay! Hoping I can help other women my age range to be encouraged.

Thank you SO much for posting your story. I am soon to be 52 and I haven’t seen many stories for ladies in this age range (making me doubt myself a little). You look fantastic and I can only imagine what this has done for your self confidence. Thanks for being an inspiration. ❤️

Swelling has decreased in right and feeling softer. Left looks bigger today and still pretty firm. Suture tape still in place but seems to be healing well. See PS tomorrow for week one post op visit. Occasionally get “ tingling/flutter” sensation in either one throughout the day, but goes away quickly. Super pleased!

Yes, I chose under the muscle as, after having researched, I read that over the muscle implants can potentially move out of the “pocket” elsewhere on the chest wall. That didn’t sit well with me.

You look amazing. I'm going 400cc mod plus round gel. I'm 5'6 130-140lbs (carried mostly in butt and love handles) my diameter was 13.1.
One child breastfed but still perky. Hoping 400 won't stretch me too much.
I LOVEDDDD 375 But eve said go 400 cause u loose some under muscle.
My bras were 34B- 34C If padded good but in both I still had a lg gap. Loved bombshell add 2 cups from VS in 34 C

Left has dropped, and still more swollen than right. Incisions are itching a bit, and feel bumpy to touch. Hoping they smooth out as they heal. Still having some numbness on
undersides of both breasts, and in nipple area. I’m loving them and looking forward to bra shopping in the future as none of my old bras fit!

I just turned 61 on the 23rd and had a BA
a month ago. Mine was a 350cc Mentor under silicone smooth. They immediately felt a part of my body and I have nipple sensation and zero pain or reactions. My doc says to hold off on any exercises until my visit with him on 3/10. That could be why I don’t have any issues thus far and my scar is barely noticeable. But I think everyone needs to follow their own doctors advice because everyone is different. You look wonderful! Take care!
