WORTH IT
I've always been self conscious about having small breasts. Since I was a teen, I've always been small-chested, and never really liked that part of my body.
I've decided that now at 36, this is a good time to do the surgery.
I did my research and had 2 consultations, went with the second doctor as I felt more confortable, clicked well with him, and he did answer well all of my questions.
From my wish pic, I loved the 325cc-350cc range, which gives the most natural look and feeling possible, a point I emphasized with my doctor. Not too big, not too small. My goal is to be a full C- tiny D.
I did not want the «hard rock balloons/fake» effect.
I wanted to stay proportional, well-balanced and as natural as possible (I have a slender, pear shaped body with large hips/bum and pretty tall, 5'11/1.79m and 145 lb/66kg).
At my first consulation, my doctor took my measurments and told me that the range 325-350cc was possible for me. He advised me to take the 325 cc mod+, but then when I tried-on the sizers, which was 350cc (picture), and had a look at the crisalix 3d visualization (picture), I totally felt in love with the 350 cc. The nurse advised me to take the slightly larger size (only 25cc of difference after all), as a lot of women wished that they went bigger post-surgery. After some struggles with my final decision between the 2 sizes, I decided to chose the 350cc.
The incison will be on the crease of the breast, and under the muscle (dual plane), for a natural look.
I had a pre-op consultation for confirming everything with the nurse and she gave me instructions to follow, and list of pain meds to collect and bring with me on the day of the surgery...
My surgery will be next week on wednesday, and I am soooo excited about it ! ;D
I will keep updating my review throughout my journey.

I had my surgery yesterday morning and everything went smoothly ! :)
The medical team were great, and made me feel very confortable.
I have a lot of soreness in both breasts and swelling, which was expected.
The pain killers meds helped a lot.
I have to wear the medical bra for 2 months, except for taking a shower, and follow the post-op instructions that were given to me, especially not lifting more than 5kg, not lifting the elbows above the shoulders level, etc...
Also, my surgeon said that my breasts were slightly asymmetrical, when marking me right before surgery, so we went ultimately for 325 cc in the left breast, and 350 cc in the right, mentor moderate + Xtra.
Here are some photos, 1 day post op.
Love them so far, and looking forward to the drop and fluff process.
Had to rest for a few days till I can work again from home. :)

My recovery is going well. They are still pretty high. I have to wear the medical bra for 2 months, except for taking showers (and photos lol). I really like my results so far, I think they are the perfect size for me ! I can't wait to see how they will evolve through time.
I had an appointment for removing my surgical tapes (on the inframammary incisions) with my nurse, and everything is going well. I am leaving the scar as they are for the moment, just cleaning them gently while showering everyday, then I will have to apply a scar cream from 3 weeks postop.
Also, as I am a pretty active person... the most difficult part of the recovery process is giving up on physical activities for me. I can't wait to go back to the gym, hiking and running :3 . I have to wait 2 months before being cleared and getting back into sports activities. No alcohol as well for 2 weeks post surgery. Also, I have included some photos of my upper body with different angles before my surgery.
