Day Three of my Breast Augmentation Journey (335cc Ergonomix Mentor Implants)

WORTH IT
Three days ago, I had my very first breast augmentation, a procedure that I always wanted since I was like 15. I had it done in Prague via a private provider that organises everything with the clinic and the doctor. I must they that I do not recommend that you do it abroad because of the unsure after care. I will my gynaecologist do the after care appointments.
But my reason for doing it abroad wasn’t only the price, but also the size. They would have only given me 265 cc max, and I knew that wasn’t what I wanted because I wasn’t willing to pay almost 9000 € for a meagre B-Cup. That was just not what I wanted.
My appointment in Prague was scheduled the day before surgery where all the necessary blood testing was performed before the procedure. The nurses were lovely and empathetic.
I had a translator at my appointment, and I was kinda disappointed when I showed reference pictures of what I wanted (large C to D, natural look) that it wasn’t possible. He also suggested 265 cc, and I told him that it was too small, like is that number gonna haunt me?
I wanted to go with 380 cc, and my doctor said that that implant size wouldn’t even fit in there because of my petite stature and my petite ribcage. It’s a good thing that he was honest with me, I guess because my expectations were probably a little bit overboard, I know that now…
The max was 350 cc, but there was no guarantee that it would look natural, so he suggested going down in size with 335 cc ergonomix implants. I had time to decide between 350 cc and 335 cc until the surgery day, and I decided to go with 335 cc because it was recommended to not go too big.
So far I am happy with the size, even though I had wanted them to be a tiny bit bigger, but if you’re unlucky enough to not even properly fill an A-Cup, then you take what you get. I still hope that after the drop & fluff process, it’s going to be a small C at least.
Now to the first three days being in recovery:
After a few hours post OP I was in so much pain, and I regretted my decision immediately, thinking that I should have just accepted what I had, and this continued until the next day. On Day #1 I was in literally so much pain, and the pain killers I was prescribed (inbuprofen) didn’t help. I couldn’t sleep and rest properly because I just can’t sleep on my back. I envy the natural back sleepers so much, because I either sleep on my stomach or my side, but sleeping on the back is just horrible. So I was fidgeting quite a lot, so the soreness I felt got even worse ten-fold.
The second day was almost pain free. The pain okly started at night because again, the fidgeting to find a decent sleeping position on my back with adjusting all the pillows. I fell asleep at 4 am and woke up at 7 am. Could barely sleep again, but at least on day three the pain subsided mostly and the stitches start to become very itchy. I have to wear the bra for 6 and the breast band for at least 2 weeks. I am counting the days.
If you ever have surgery, then make sure to practice back sleeping if you’re not a back sleeper.
I am going to document my whole journey, so I hope the results will make me happy.

I am now 9 days post OP and even though I was supposed to remove the tape at day 10, I did it a day earlier, disinfected the incisions and put clean tape over it because they became itchy and irritated my skin. I habe also developed a rash (itchy red dots over my entire body). I think it is the material of the supportive compression bra because it started at day 7 on the areas where the bra touched my skin and it is very itchy. And I will still have to wear it for another 5 weeks. I might just wear a small, tight crop top and put the compression bra over it, so it doesn’t touch my skin.
I have a doctor’s appointment on Monday for a check-up. I hope everything is finde, even though my left side is worrying me. I don’t want to undergo revision surgery because of a capsular contraction. The left side feels a bit tighter and different than the right side and sometimes there’s this tingling pain located right at the cleavage from my left side. It’s truly annoying right now.

I am almost 3 weeks post OP and my left side is finally starting to loosen. It’s not as soft yet as the right side, but it’s not as firm anymore and the swelling has gone down a little bit. My incision on the left side reopened a little bit due to the pressure of the breast band, and I have to put antiseptic cream on it, but I hope it will be healed up like the right side by the end of the week. I can’t wait for them to finally drop. The surgeon who has offered to do the post surgery care told me that I had to wear the breast band longer, at least 4 even 6 weeks in total. By now, I got used to that thing. It feels weird not wearing it tbh. The rash is also gone by now, and I am not sure whether it was the glue, the tape, or the fabric of the post surgery bra. At the beginning, I was sure it was convinced it had to be the bra, but I doubt it now because I am wearing it without an issue now.
Tbh, there are times I kinda kiss my small chest, but I don’t regret doing the surgery.
