I've been wanting implants for decades now and am really happy with my results. I was a 32b (will update on size once I'm fully healed but it's lookin like 34c 32d and am so happy.) and had surgery a little over a Week ago. I am very excited and pleased with my results so far. I'm extremely active and athletic which is why it was very important for me to go over the muscle. And I'm so happy I did! I feel really good so far and it's only been a week and I feel like I can do a push up if I wanted to! (But I won't I promise until I'm fully healed and recovered lol). I choose 325cc high profile mentor because I'm am a petite extremely athletic girly. (5"3 125lbs) I hit a huge milestone in my fitness journey this year and PR on my bench press and wanted to opt for the most minimal invasive technique. I'm so happy with how I look and feel so far!

Went from 32b to 32d!

Went bra shopping for the first time today. I’m officially a 32D! Super happy with the results so far

Are you happy with how everything turned out now that some time has passed and are you able to work out the same way you used to with the extra weight? Also, did you notice any downsides with going over the muscle? Seems like the way to go these days.
