My surgery is next Friday with dr Dana Khuthaila and I’m very excited and same time nervous. In the beginning I wanted to use Ideal implant(saline), but after I saw them in real life I have changed my mind. Silicon feels much better. We decided to go with 400cc in right side and 350cc with left, in the picture you can see my left boob is bigger. I already got message from my pharmacy to pick up my medicine. I never done any surgery’s, so I’m very afraid to go under anesthesia.

day Of the surgery: my surgery was around 8.30am and 12.30 I was already home. Had a breakfast, took half of oxy and was watching tv rest of the day. Felt super pressure on my chest, couldn’t raise my hand, needed help for everything, even going to the bathroom. Before going to sleep took another half of oxy.
1 day post op: woke up 6 in the morning (slept 5 hours), again was watching tv all day, couldn’t do anything without help, was taking only Tylenol, in the evening I almost cried , I was depressed what I did to myself. Because of swelling my back and under arm was hurting a lot.
2 day po: I felt much better, I was able to do breakfast, took a full shower, washed my hair without help
3 days po: went to see dr, she said everything Is look good
4 days po: today, I still have a lot of swelling, have some pain under my arm on my right side, but it’s not so bad.

You chronicle your story excellently. I recall my surgery with having that super intense pressure on my chest too. But overall, it was pretty easy surgery. My Implant removal, capsulectomy, and reimplant (due to rupture after trauma) was HELL. I was NOT prepared for how difficult it would be and how I honestly felt like I had been run over by a MACK TRUCK. It was terrible. Hopefully you will never have that but I hear rupture at 20 years is pretty expected.

I’m sorry to hear what happened to you!! Implants recommended to be replaced every 10-12 years. Unfortunately nothing lasts forever.

I still have tightness on my chest, and they still high. But I can do a lot more stuff. Sometimes I have shooting pain, but it comes and goes. It looks like left boob (where is smaller implant) is little bit lower, than right one.
