I picked different sized implants over same size implants and I loved the result
My stats: 27 year old no kid, petite frame, 5"4 119lbs 32AA
Implant I picked : Smooth Mentor MemoryGel Xtra High profile, Under the muscle.
Before surgery, I made 2 consultations. Both recommended under the boobs incision , under the muscle, medium profile. One doctor was adamant about only giving me same size 320cc textured Motiva Ergonomix (he was very pushy towards this one product and tbh it doesn't feel soft at all) ; another doctor said I needed different size (with 20cc difference, anything I wanted). I went with the latter because I've always not wanted textured ones due to BIACL cancer risks. I knew in my heart I would have so much anxiety later on if I went with textured, because it didn't feel like it was my choice.
Day of surgery: doctor said I actually needed 50cc difference on me. I was nervous about the outcome because 20cc made more sense to me.
I ended up with High Profile 285cc -335cc Smooth Mentor Memorygel Xtra because I had a last minute boob greed.
Result:
One breast is a tad bigger than the other (the big one stay bigger), but now both of my implants fall in the same line, nipples also look symmetrical. I love the cleavage so much bc it completely replaced the indentation I had.
Satisfaction rate (95%)
I am happy that I had two different opinions and went with the different sized implants. My advice is go to as many doctors as you wish and as always, do your own research so you know what you want. Join FB groups, whether pro-implants or anti-implants, read both sides of the stories.
